The second week of July saw reduced activity across regions, as FozzieSov slowly rolled close. It was also a week filled with political upheavals, a great deal of drama combined with anticipation. Things quickly unfolded across New Eden while the cluster held its breath. This is a summary of what has transpired throughout New Eden at the time.
The North: War continues in Venal between Out of Sight. [OOS] and the Imperium, with additional Imperium alliances called to lend firepower into the struggle. In the Drone Lands a historic moment occurred. First Triumvirate. [TRI] signed a peace treaty with Legion of xXDEATHXx [X.I.X]. Then SOLAR FLEET [SOLAR] followed suit and also signed the treaty, bringing an end to a conflict that spanned years and tore the Drone Lands apart. Along with the announcement of peace came another shock. MACTEP, the Executor and the face of [SOLAR] for years, declaring his resignation both from his position and the alliance.
The East: Things have been shaking up in the East of New Eden, as Pandemic Legion [-10.0] left the Curse region. Northern Coaltion. [NC] moved in following [-10.0]’s departure. [NC] has begun operating in the region, fighting any targets found. These targets included Gentlemen’s.Club [GCLUB] who lost a few assets to [NC] fleets. However, there have been no major ongoing conflicts, making it relatively the quietest sector in Null Security space.
The South: The South of New Eden was shaken up a bit with [-10.0]’s move to the NPC constellation in the Delve region. DARKNESS. [DARK.] and their allies had been fighting for Querious and Delve regions with Elite Space Coalition (ESC) had to rethink their plans. Convoys of Jump Freighters could be seen leaving [DARK.] staging, rumored to be evacuating assets to nearby Low Security space. Skirmishing occurs on a daily basis between EVOKE. [EV0KE], ESC and [-10.0] forces, with towers and Capital Ship Assembly Arrays being assaulted daily.
The West: The implosion of HERO Coalition has allowed Black Legion. [MEN] to gain space unopposed. Brave Collective [BRAVE] members have continued to evacuate their ships and assets to Low Security space in order to re-build their alliance. However, several notable corporations in [BRAVE] have already left for greener pastures. The alliance losing nearly 2000 pilots in span of two weeks in addition to key members of its organization. This puts the ability of the alliance to recover on a questionable path.
In Cloud Ring, the Imperium, Lethal IronBoards (LIB) coalition and I Whip My Slaves Back and Forth [J4LP] continue to fight over control of the region. LIB coalition has so far managed to wrestle control of half the region, and continues to resist Imperium attempts to push them out.

Things may have quieted on the sovereignty front; many alliances and coalitions bracing themselves for the deployment of FozzieSov. Drama and politics occupied the denizens of New Eden. Historical announcements and political news chased one another daily, with wars of words fought in social media sites instead of in game. With FozzieSov deployed, it is hopeful that fighting will resume in earnest across New Eden. If not, drama may sustain the citizens of New Eden instead.
