TEST and Allies Deploy to Sendaya

December 19, 2016

On the evening of the 17th of December TEST Alliance Please Ignore (TEST) leader Sapporo Jones held a State Of the Alliance meeting. A State Of the Alliance is held by the leaders of an alliance to address the general membership and inform them of general announcements, provide status updates and advise them of future plans.

This follows on the heels of the recent news that TEST was departing from their home in the Vale of The Silent and evacuating to Obe.

In the meeting, Sapporo Jones expressed his pleasure at how the alliance has grown and developed since leaving Wicked Creek and deploying to the front lines of World War Bee in March this year where they took on a contract to assist in the removal of the Imperium from the north. Once this was completed TEST then settled into the Vale of the Silent region, residing there for the past 7 months.

Sapporo Jones then expressed his concerns that TEST would not be able to grow and develop as an alliance while residing next door to Northern Coalition. (NC) and Pandemic Legion (PL,) within range of their super capital fleets, and has made the decision to re-locate.

progodlegend then takes up the meeting and starts discussing future aims and goals of the alliance indicating that at this time they ‘do not have the final escalation option’ in regards to fielding capitals, which is limiting their combat abilities. To achieve this goal TEST plan to take and hold space in order to build up the resources to do this.

To achieve these goals TEST will be moving to a new staging system of Sendaya after moving to Podion. New military operations will begin on January 1st and 2nd where they will invade an area of space in order to achieve their goals.

While progodlegend was not specific about who their potential invasion target would be, Sendaya does put the alliance only 5 jumps, through Curse, from Catch space currently held by Against ALL Authorities (-A-), The Volition Cult (VOLT), Evictus. (IOU), Tactical Supremacy (TIKLE) and League of Unaligned Master Pilots (LUMPY), to name the largest sov holding alliance in the region.

While the invasion of this region was not explicitly stated in the TEST SOTA: a video released on Youtube by TEST DRONV & Delta PVP yesterday shows a Thrasher fleet skirmishing with LUMPY pilots in the system of MB-KNE. This combined with the location of the deployment means that currently Catch is a likely target.

This announcement also comes hot on the heels of an EVEmail from gigX confirming that Circle of Two were moving from their low sec rally point of Anunenen. While at the time of writing this article there has been no official announcement the Circle of Two killboard and an EVEmail advising of a future operation seem to indicate that the alliance has indeed also moved to Sendaya.

This has also been further confirmed by an internal communication from Triget a member of the Drone Walkers (WALKA) which reads:

As our only blues in the north are leaving, Tenal is no longer tenable as a long-term home. As such, we are moving with our allies, CO2 and TEST to Curse to take some new space for ourselves down south.

I hope to keep Tenal until we can have new sov to move into, however, this being EVE, you should begin moving stuff to lowsec. Have your stuff in lowsec, and your self in Sendaya ready to roll by Christmas. I’ve been working with CEOs and directors of each corp, so this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. There are good citadel jump routes available for both caps and jf/rorquals, ask your CEOs. There are two jump services in alliance, WALKA Express and STK Express who can move your stuff for a nominal fee. Anything of value should go down via jumpfreighter, anything high volume should go into a citadel and will go into asset safety for a while.

Once in Curse, we will begin operations with our allies. Be ready to roll, this part will be tons of fun. My best times in EVE has been invading with TEST, and I’m looking forward to doing it again.

WALKA is currently the largest sovereignty holder in the Tenal region with neighbours From The Abyss (F), Requiem Eternal (REQ) and The OSS (OSS). How this will effect the balance of power in Tenal is uncertain. But one thing is certain; with all these alliances converging in Sendaya it is only a matter of time before the next war begins.
