Eve News 24 has learned that Vanguard Coalition has reset the majority of it’s allies and cut all diplomatic ties. The below Eve-Mail was sent out to DRF/Gemico Leadership notifying them. Eve News 24 is following this and will update as information becomes available.

Gentlemen,
Vanguard Coalition will be resetting your alliance to neutral 26 hours from this email, so 0001 EVE time on 13 AUG 2017, saturday night for US time zone players. At that time all blue standings will drop, regardless of whether a diplo has replied to this mail.
We appreciate everyone’s friendship and support for the last couple years as we have served side by side with the Drone Regions Federation, but we are looking to do something new with Vanguard, hence these friendly resets.
We have no intention of invading or attacking the drone regions as long as the same respect is shown to our own sov–we have even voluntarily spent the last month removing all sov, POS, and citadels from the spire and etherium reach as a gesture of goodwill to show that you have nothing to fear from us if we are left alone. I discussed this reset with uaxdeath at the start of July 2017 and told him Vanguard’s plans, so this departure process has been deliberately and peacefully executed for the last month.
The following Vanguard alliances need to be reset by your alliance at 0001 EVE time, 13 AUG 2017:

Combat Wombat.
Stella Nova
Serrice Council.
Deus Vult.
