The passing week has supplied more than enough videos from around New Eden. From recruitment videos, fake trailers and some hilarious or tense PvP moments, these are EVE News 24’s picks for the past week:
#1 Decayed Orbit – February so far by tomrossh
A nice video depicting the exploits of Decayed Orbit [N-1] in low security space, showcasing the different PvP activities found in the faction war zone.
#2 IKAME Explore Tomorrow by IKAME Video Productions
Another recruitment video, this time by Itsukame-Zainou Hyperspatial Inquiries Ltd. [IKAME] shedding some light on other aspects of EVE Online, ones not centered around players shooting each other.
#3 EVE ONLINE Rapid demolecularization by Slave Labour
For every victory, there is defeat. For every ship destroyed, a ship lost. In this video, the viewer is treated to a montage of an all the times the pilot had blown up and yet was not deterred from re-shipping and venturing back into space. A bit of inspiration for us all.
#4 TISHU – Dropping Krabs by Analysis75
While Black Ops squads are quite popular in EVE Online, and some supercarrier pilots operate in hostile space, it is much rarer to see a carrier hot drop squad…
#5 Archon and Moros Kill: Pandemic Horde by Richard Mackling
I admit I get nostalgic at times. When I started the game, a titan was the goal and carriers seemed like behemoths that roamed far away star systems. Still, its nice to see new players get excited over their first capital kills though the same cannot be said for the ships’ pilots…
#6 B-Files – One armed Bandit by Herr Bert
HerrBert of WE FORM V0LTA [GLHF] brings us another video showing some of the exploits of Therabois, probably the most feared group in null security space at the moment, especially by renters and ratters.
#7 How to Sabre 101 by Demeisen
The Sabre has always been my favorite ship in EVE Online, however like any other ship in the game its quite hard to master. In this video, a fellow Sabre pilot gives some helpful tips for the solo pilot.
