Apologies for this week’s round up being a little late! But it’s that time of the week where I have spent hours upon hours of trawling through YouTube and EOC.tv to bring you the BEST (well, in my opinion anyway) videos that the Eve Community has to offer. So here we go!
#1 Eve Online: Time Lapse by Zaqq
When CCP announced as part of the last patch to add an option to remove camera bobbing, the explorers/ video makers of Eve let out a little cry of joy. Why? It allows them to capture video footage like this.
#2 Slowmotion Avatar’s Doom’s Day on a Naglfar [100fps] by Arthur Vié
The detail in the new Titan doomsday effects is sometimes hard to appreciate, especially when you’re zoomed out. Arthur Vié using his PC that can render Eve on a high frame rate has been able to slow footage of an Avatar Doomsday firing allowing you to view it in all its glory.
#3 Eve Online: The Guristas Steal a Supercarrier Burner Mission! by The Gentleman Gamer
Following the recent Scope video, a new burner mission was added to Eve. The Gentleman Gamer reviews the new mission and tries it out using a Gila.
#4 Lenai’s Solo PvP #11 – Catalyst vs. Catalyst, login trap | EVE Online by Рустам Губайдуллин
Sometimes you have to be a little bit creative when trying to bait out a target. In this amusing video, Рустам Губайдуллин uses a log off trap to try and catch a faction warfare player in a complex. A fun little video.
#5 [Solo] Invaders Must Die by Endo Saissore
Endo Saissore submitted this video to me via in-game mail. It is a compilation of solo PvP videos using various ships in various situations, nice camera angles mean you get to see all the action, just the way I like it. With a cracking sound track and some quirky editing this makes for an entertaining video.
Do you have any videos that either you have made or watched that you think are particularly good? If so, please feel free to submit them to me on twitter @TiberiusStarGaz or via in game mail, until next week!
