For the past several years The Dark Space Initiative [TDSIN] has held a BBQ lasting the weekend at a corp member’s farm up in central New Hampshire. Last year they opened it up to all of New Eden and had an amazing time. So, They decided to do it again!
Because last year was such as success, CCP has confirmed to send out 3-4 developers, who however is still not decided!
When: August 6th- August 9th. Check-in will begin at 1500 Thursday the 6th.
What: A massive eve gathering! Ticket price includes food for all 3 days, but the event is BYOB. Accommodations is traditionally camping, but if you wish to stay in a hotel/room information on that will be provided soon. Gladiator rings, EVE CCG, board games, trivia and more! Where: Gilmanton New Hampshire, USA ( for you challenged Americans that don’t know New England is part of the US, not the UK). The exact address is provided upon purchasing a ticket.

EVE New England is different than many eve meets in the sense that the majority of attendees sleep under the stars or camp out in tents. To that end there is plenty of open space for tents. You may bring whatever camping equipment you desire but please note the following:
– Vehicles will not be able to drive out into the camping fields
– There will not be a fire pit in the field we are camping in, if you wish to cook some food plan on either bringing a camp stove, or bringing your food over to the fires in a different area of the farm.
They’re currently working on finding some local hotels and trying to get some discounts for event attendees. The area is popular with tourism, but many inns and hotels are small family owned and thus do not show up on easy searches. They will update the website as soon as they have locked in some inns.
If you would be more comfortable in a larger chain hotel the closest are ~26 min away.
