On March 18th, at 21:38 EVE Time, an Aeon belonging to Kusoni Intaro, a member of Psychotic Tendencies. [TISHU] corporation Adversity., was caught by a 30-man Tech 3 cruiser, Heavy Interdictor and Dreadnought fleet from low-sec alliance Shadow Cartel.

When asking about the events leading up to the kill, a member of Shadow Cartel had this to say:
We watched their supers from a cloaky alt in their system. They warped to a gate we then jumped in and tackled them. Basically that is all.
Seems fairly simple, a case of right place, right time. With cloaky cyno eyes in the system it was just a matter of patience until one of the [TISHU] members did something that put their super-capital at risk.
I also reached out to [TISHU], to see if they could add anything about the loss. While they made no official statement, they did say this:
Official TISHU statement: aeon died, someone spied, lex cried.
One thing is for certain, March is turning out to be a terrible month for capital pilots. With big losses happening left and right (so far there have been 12 supercapital kills in the past 2 weeks alone), I’m curious to see if the numbers will keep rising, and if they do, will any kill ever beat this?
