Recently it was announced on the alliance forums of Northern Coalition. that another corporation will be leaving for pastures new.
Following on from Kenshin. leaving earlier this month HAX have now announced their departure with INZi, operations director of HAX, posting the following on the forums:

So as many of you know already the time has come for Hax and NC. to part ways. This was not a decision taken lightly, but was one we felt we had to take for the health of the corp. Hax has always been a corp that has excelled in the smaller scale pvp side of Eve; and whilst we have enjoyed our run trying new things with the alliance, it just ultimately wasn’t what suited our member base. We will leave with many fond memories of Whiskey Nights, the FAT-GP campaign, Vince Raging at fleets and the great FUUFA Ishtar-Bomb Welp of 2015! ♥
We will be going on to new pastures, returning to what we do best tearing up eve in our own small corner of the map, fighting against the odds and using special tactics to do stuff differently. We leave many friends behind, who are always welcome to jump into our public channel “HaxZors.” in game to chit chat n hang out.
A special thank you goes out to Vince for being understanding, Travis for the hate/love relationship, the rest of Leadership & FCs, SM3LL for the comedy.
We will be dropping alliance by next weekend, so you will see us ghosting about for a little while longer while we move 50% of the ships in the entirety of Eve accumulated by our one and only Colonel Santiago, and his 8 carriers 16 cynos across the map (Phoebe welp!).
For those of you who are interested or signed up to the Alliance Tournament team; that has been fully handed over to NSA Bivas to run, he has lots of prior experience with good teams and will do his best to lead you to victory!
So all that is left to say is fly safe and we shall most likely be appearing through a Wormhole near you soon 😉

The main reason for this appears to be due to their lifestyle being unsuited to their type of play as Vince Draken alliance CEO explains:
They came here on trial to see if they would like alliance life with sov holding but they just wanna roam all day as their members aren’t CTA people. Some of their members will be staying in other corps in alliance with the majority leaving. They are leaving on the best of terms and there has been no drama we just wish them the best of luck in the future.
Due to their play style and their dislike of large fleet fights, HAX didn’t join the majority of CTA fleets, so losing them from the alliance will unlikely effect the overall numbers in aforementioned engagements and Northern Coalition. are unlikely to miss them in this regard.
However, one thing to note about HAX. is due to their preference for wormhole PVP they did provide the majority of wormhole scanning for the alliance when it came to different regional engagements so time will tell if this has any impact as, since Phoebe a lot of alliances now try and use wormholes for moving sub cap fleets across the universe at short notice.
