Welcome to the fourth article in an ongoing series on EN24 where we will be looking at the ‘small things’ that might not make a full EN24 article but are either funny or interesting enough to share anyway!
We here at EN24 will be running one of these articles once a week after scouring the intel channels and other intel outlets for information to share with you, our readers.

I think the most interesting thing in this patch will be the new Svipul T3 Minmatar Tactical Destroyer and I look forward to seeing the new PVP video’s featuring this ship, what people are going to do it with it and how they plan on flying it.
Another big feature coming with this release will be the corporation aggression toggle. The people who run each corporation in eve will now be able to chose whether aggression between corp members in high security space (or on gates/stations in low-sec) will incur the wrath of the authorities.

As per usual on a patch day, remember to have a long skill set and a couple of seasons of your favourite series ready to go. Oh wait, thats the old CCP patch day. These days you’ll be hard pressed to watch just one episode of Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones before the patch is ready to go! And with the new skill ques, no worries on that front either!
I know what CCP are trying to do now! They’re trying to take away our meme’s and in jokes!

DARKNESS. Drama: Dominix gets Awox’d and Sort Dragon makes aggressors KOS.
According to sources there is a bit of drama going on within DARKNESS.
It all starts with Rin Nohra, a member of DARKNESS. running an anomaly in the Delve region of new Eden. Rin was using an ECM Burst against the rats to draw aggression to himself while running the site, when two Vindicators warped in on the anomaly.
It seems one of the pilots in the Vindicators had been hanging around other peoples sites and generally making a nuisance of himself. This is bad news for DARKNESS. if they have a small group trying to interrupt the ISK making of their pilots then this can only hurt the alliance and makes the reaction from Sort Dragon, CEO of DARKNESS. understandable.
However as you can see after the original jabber message making the two pilots from Babylon Knights ‘kill on sight’ to the alliance, one of the Vindicator pilot, Killsniper uploaded a video which seemed to show the sentry drones of the Dominix attacking him before he and his friend destroyed it. Serenity Vs Tranquility: The Worlds Collide
On the 13th February 2015 CCP Gargant released this dev blog focusing on an event that will be taking place at Fan Fest on the eve of the 20th March.
At this hallowed event New Eden will teeter on a knife’s edge, ready to plunge into the abyss should its champions fall in combat. The honor (or lack there of) of all capsuleers is under fire and their way of life must be defended. They will battle for so much more than simple tears and brag-worthy killmails.
The greatest pilots of Serenity and Tranquility will meet in combat for the first time in a conflict of staggering proportions where the stakes are enormous, and the bragging rights will last for eternity. A mirror match in the truest sense of the phrase. In the cold depths of space and in this world’s frozen north – Worlds Will Collide
Could that intro be a bit of a accurate foretelling of dramatic events made by a hyper-enthusiastic Tournament Team?

Who will have the reputation of the entire Tranquility Server on their shoulders? Who will be the chosen few who we must all get behind and support against the evil Serenity players?
Alliance Tournament XII champions The Camel Empire will select five of their number to uphold the honor of the original server Tranquility while Serenity will be represented by members of the City of Angels alliance, which recently defeated all comers in a cluster-wide tournament hosted on their server. The match at Fan Fest will be a best of 5 series and will be produced just like the finals of the Alliance Tournament matches, with a panel of commentators.
The real reason you should cheer for your champions is that every player active on the winning server at the time of the match will receive a special ship: the Victorieux Luxury Yacht. It is an opulent vessel in which the contraband-mongering Intaki Syndicate bosses traverse the universe with in utmost comfort and style–perfect for the mighty capsuleers and fitting as the prize for such a marquee event
This ship will be given once – and only once. The losing server will never receive it. Ever.
So if you want this very special ship, make sure your online on Friday 20th March 2015 and root for the Camel Empire team to win the World Collide event. If they do, and your online, we all get one of these ships, if they don’t win, the Chinese server will get the ship and the reputation as the best PVP’ers in EvE Online.

Watch This: Good solo PVP in an unexpected ship!
My favourite video’s are generally ones which feature a ship, or technique, that isn’t normally used. Things like hull tanking or, as in the below video, flying a Heron in PVP.
A great video from ADMLNLSTRATOR, and I hope we see some more of his stuff with ships not expected to do well in PVP but can be made to work.
You can find his killboard here and the fit for his Heron here. And yes, that is a Pandemic Legion pilot flying a T1 Frigate, I was as shocked as you were as I thought the only ships they flew had jump drives installed!
