Delve was exactly as id hoped it to be, activity, fights and new fcs stepping up. We had some interesting fights and learned a lot about how our enemy is choosing to defend their assets and take fights. As expected as many people as possible supported by slowcats on most occasions! Still we managed to pull some decent fights from it and have fun while being here with limited fleet comps and no capitals of our own!
Directions to FCs where pretty clear from the start i didn’t want anyone shooting structures neither did we have very much care about the end result of timers providing we got a fight from others doing donkey work. As far as im concerned we got what we came for difficult fights outnumbered and out gunned but still kept coming as we always do!
It was also a good opportunity to do something on our own again outside of N3 as a coalition, however FCs did decide to work along side Black Legion for most of our time here which again wasn’t a bad thing as it helped us to get what we wanted some fights!
Some of you will know this and some of you wont in my last leadership update to your leadership i decided it was a good time to look at our corps in the alliance and what each brings to the table as far as leadership and activity goes and i came to the following conclusion…..
We have 22 corps some smaller than others some with very small active people and just bulking our numbers on paper as far as dotlan goes. So leadership were asked to consider the following. Make smaller corps into one bigger corp and see what happens obviously none of us like leaving our corp name or maybe having a different CEO than we have had previously but the good thing about Northern Coalition. is most of you have been here for a long time and your leadership respect each other and their views about how they run their corps! so asking some to become one bigger unit actually went down ok and as a result the following has happened or in the process of happening!
The Ankou & Enterprise Estonia accepted my request after having their own discussions between them selves and formed The Northerners rather fitting for the alliance they are in one might think!
The second to follow was one of my original corps to join NC. when we formed many years ago now and who has become not only a good friend to most of the alliance but it produced a talented FC and leader that would be Minas93 he has decided off his own back due to his limited play time and not able to lead his corp that he would remove 0utlaw. from the alliance and ask his members to merge into corps of their choice with himself choosing to join BURN EDEN.
There is still one or two other corps in the alliance who are yet to decide if they will stay as they are or if they will also choose to make some changes as Ive suggested to them. Overall this helps us as an alliance alot with less corps and fewer people to try contact when big decisions are made and as always i like to hear peoples opinions before that decision is made! ID like to ask all of you to support our fellow alliance members with their new corps and new adventures within NC. under a new name!
Now this bit im not going to feed you bullshit makes me rather sad but again Ive always supported every CEO in this alliance and their choices and always left doors open to them regardless of their decision. It is with HUGE regreat for me to inform you all that Van Diemen’s Demise will be joining Pandemic Legion at the end of this month (August) They have have chosen like they did before when they created their own alliance after we lost the tribute war to try something different they wish to do the same again this time, the positive to come of this obviously is that PL are and will always be our true brothers who for three years now have been their for each other regardless of their individual standings and choices within eve. So i would like everyone to wish them well and obviously you AU TZ people will still see them in fleets and will still be your AU TZ hero fcs regardless of their alliance ticker! Dark & Kryp I will miss you both very much and id like to publicly thank you for all your help and hard work while you have been in NC. and wish you the best of luck with my brothers from another mother Grath Telkin and Elise Randolph!
There is unrest and rogue creatures running around in our back yard and they need to be reminded their place is Lowsec or NPC null sec and they are in fact irrelevant. We are going home and from there we will be doing a spring clean of our lawns and taking some well deserved chill time and ISK making before winter hits because as we know generally the hole of eve starts to try kill each other when its cold outside!
Id like to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication to shit we have made you do over the last few months and remind everyone even if i am not here i am watching, I am also never going anywhere until the day none of you want to play spaceships with me anymore i can assure you of that! Please continue to support both senior FCs and new FCs when fleets are made an listen and be on for ops when they are posted.
