In a mail sent out to his alliance, Walter Cohen (CEO of PFR) announced plans for Phoebe Freeport Republic to invade the regions of Querious (or Catch) in order to create more freeports. In his mail Walter cited the increasing stagnation of Wicked Creek and the inability to open up more freeports in the South-East for the alliance’s new direction. In recent weeks PFR has tried expanding to the nearby stations of M-MBRT, UM-SCG, 3Q-VZA, 07-SLO and GPD5-0 however in each case they have been stopped by first The Gorgon Empire then Test Alliance Please Ignore and now Red Alliance/Diplomatic Immunity. This has led PFR leadership to grow increasingly frustrated at the lack of viable targets to expand their empire to.

o7 Crusaders
To all of PFR who wants to go on a new adventure .. We are going on a Crusade .. where to .. West for sure .. either Catch or Querious or both. Why .. Because we cant grow here anymore.. WC/SP has become a mommy state where groth and sov warfare have become impossible by RED/DRF and TEST.
1.) We are NOT abandoning our lands.
2.) We will continue to invest in our lands (building JB’s and so on)
3.) We will continue our market here in 4-C and the other Station’s.
4.) We will start looking West (Catch + Querious) for new freeports and new adventure’s.
5.) We will start this campaing over the next week or two. (No exact times yet)Any questions .. dont mail me muuhhahahahah.

It is yet to be seen how many capsuleers of the alliance will go on this ‘third crusade’, as it was announced to be voluntary, however it was made clear that PFR intend to defend their home system of 4-CM8I while attacking Querious at the same time. If PFR hope to both take sov elsewhere and defend 4-C they will need to split their forces which will leave them very vulnerable come June when ‘FozzieSov’ is introduced. It is yet to be seen how DARKNESS. (the new owners of Northern Associates.) will respond to this invasion of their soon to be renting space, however it is currently expected that DARKNESS. and The Kadeshi will be re-conquering the South-West (including Querious) once The Imperium leave the area. Walter Cohen declined to comment for this article however PFR’s head diplo (Hakkod) had the following to say: ‘we are not after sov‘. Hakkod later clarified this by stating that PFR are in fact after sov in Querious. Hakkod later published an article to PFR’s site more thoroughly outlining PFR’s plans though covering the same content in Walter’s mail.
