EN24 caught up with Cable Uta of Yarrdy YaRr YARRR [-RUUM] and StarFleetCommander of Triumvirate. [TRI] for a quick after-action report.
[-RUUM] was roaming around the area in a small shield Ishtar fleet when they came upon a marginal gatecamp; 3 battleships and a couple cruisers with assigned fighters were waiting. Seeing no logistics, the brave [-RUUM] fighters engaged.
During the short skirmish the damage output on the fighters was noticeably higher than what they expected, so on a hunch the [-RUUM] pilots scouted for a Nyx.
They found one who was assigning fighters from outside a POS force field, as they suspected. Fortuitously, the Nyx was far outside, approximately 15km, from the safety of the force field.

So we found the nyx’ on the tower sitting about 15km from the FF, screamed at Tri since we had seen acouple of their guys around there in frigs 😛
With Triumvirate. notified and a wormhole connection between the doomed Nyx and TRI’s location plotted, it was only a matter of fitting the pieces of the puzzle together for a shiny killmail.
TRI scrambled dictors and bombers for DPS due to wormhole constraints and began the mad rush into the area. During this, one of the [-RUUM] pilots in an inty warped in and aggressed the Nyx to ensure he couldn’t simply log off.
[-RUUM] dreadnaughts were in fleet with a cyno poised to activate at the confirmation of tackle. As soon as the Triumvirate. interdictors secured the tackle the cyno was lit.
As the Nyx was fit for damage with no tank it didn’t hold up under the onslaught and quickly fell to the small hastily-assembled execution fleet.
Neither the Nyx pilot nor his CEO have responded for comment.
