The Station Egg was being shot prior to downtime in the Querious region, though it is not confirmed if it was destroyed before the server went down as usual.
This is apparently another action by the ‘Reavers’, a small contingent of CFC pilots who are operating behind N3 lines and trying to cause havoc and mayhem. They have been an unconfirmed rumour since N3 deployed to their current staging area in the south/south west of New Eden
If this station egg has been destroyed it would make it the 6th one ever destroyed in EVE’s history.

*UPDATE* The station egg may actually be owned by Black Core Alliance who are blue with NC. and PL. Information is coming through that NC. may be forming to defend however this is unconfirmed at this time.
Pandemic Legion, who may be blue to the layers of the egg (see what I did there) have now arrived on the field. No information on whether they are there to defend or not.
*UPDATE 2*
PL have indeed arrived on the field and are engaging the CFC forces in an ishtar fleet they have formed to help defend the station egg.
PL have so far lost a couple of Ishtars: KM KM and a very shiney pod.
It has also been brought to my attention that the HERO Coalition were on the field and shooting the station egg however left before downtime.
Before the arrival of the PL forces my contact in CFC said the egg was in 45% structure after it was back at 100% because of downtime.
*UPDATE 3*
Pandemic Legion have now left the field and CFC are back to shooting the egg. The egg is currently at less than 27% Structure. It is now confirmed that the egg is indeed owned by Black Core Alliance.

The egg has now been destroyed and this makes Dabigredboat the 6th person in EVE online to FC a fleet which successfully destroyed a station egg in null sec. If only there was a Killmail… Oh well pictures speak a thousand words.
