While the CFC was moving back to the north. Stainwagon started a Chimera slowcat fleet to attempt reinforcing a pos located in T-AKQZ. Poision Kevin Also known as PK, An FC in Northern Coalition. noticed what was going on and decided to form an Eagle fleet.
Noir quickly raced a hero tackle fleet over to the DD Chimera fleet and started engaging. This was the moment to react. Quickly PK started jumping his fleet to T-AKQZ and started to engage the Chimera’s. The Chimera doctrine’s tank is very strong and the eagle fleet was unable to break the reps so Travis Musgrat (FC of NCDOT), Formed a Hero Cat fleet to neut out the Chimera’s.
While this was going on Stainwagon formed a Tengu fleet to try and break out the tackled Chimera fleet. NCDOT’s Hero Cats got on the T-AkQZ gate but the just formed Tengu fleet was already sitting on the other side. Travis Musgrat noticed that they didn’t have any tackle so his Hero Cats jumped in and warped to the battlefield. While the hero cats were slowly landing on grid Mildly Intoxicated lit a cyno and jumped in a handful of dreads to make the work even quicker. The Neuts of the hero cats proved to be a good choice and with all fleets shooting the Chimeras they made quick work of them.
Stainwagon realised what was happening and poked CFC to form a support fleet to go in. CFC formed a Slowcat fleet that included some Chimeras and nidhoggur’s to rep up the DD Chimeras that were still alive. N3 tried to online a Cyno inhibitor but were too late. CFC jumped as the Stainwagon Tengus arrived on grid. CFC’s slowcat fleet started focussing on the Mildly Intoxicated dreads while the Stainwagon Tengu fleet started fighting the Eagle/Hero cat fleet.
2 Chimeras were able to get repped up so PK switched his target calling over to the Enemy Tengu fleet who were strangely enough staying within 20k of him, making them vulnerable to the neuts and dps of the Hero Cat fleet. This made short work of the Tengu fleet and the remaining ships tried to bail out.
Solar began forming a Domi fleet but the fight was already over when they arrived so they fleet warped to the G-D0N3 gate. A bubble resulted in solar fleet landing 10km of the gate and so when NCDOT landed the brawl continued. In an attempt to blap the NCDOT fleet Solar brought a couple of dreads. One of the dreads was called primary and died shortly. The NCDOT fleet had already suffered losses in all fights so they approached gate and returned home.
