a couple of hours ago B-R5RB (PL staging Point) lost sov and RUSRUS decided to go for it.

Currently N3 has a Slowcat fleet already on field and RUSRUS have a Domi fleet out. Both sides seem to be preparing for a possible Supercapital fight which could result in a HED-GP/Asakai 2.0.
