What have Against All Authorities and Damu´Khonde similar. Both have recently realized, that they have almost no allies ready to help them. Damu´Khonde Providence NIP (Non Invasion Pact) has as one of its prime directives, that in case a system or territory of a NIP holder comes under sovereignty threat, all members are obliged to defend.
This was constituted and all sovereignty holding entities in Providence signed this. Guarded by AAA, nobody dared to break it. Several entities were displaced caused they were accused of breaking the contract.
Now with Pandemic Legion coming to Providence and taking on first system of Damu´Khonde containing various CSAA´s, other Providence entities suddenly don´t have interest to defend Damu´Khonde´s territory.
Sodalitas XX and Daisho Syndicate already refused the call for help from D´K, when the tower exit reinforced. This marks significant part of any joint NIP Providence fleets. Rumors have it, that multiple other smaller inhabitants of Providence won´t be coming too. Partly they don´t like D´K due to their “arrogant” behavior in the past, partly cause they are interested in expanding their territory and any fail cascade or huge weakening plays in their cards.
With the RF timers nearing, call for AAA help will surely come, however with recent fiasco with losing 3 super carriers to PL, it is rather improbable that AAA would risk such battle just for one system in Providence. More so that now The Initiative. stands not in AAA camp anymore, multiple corps have hugely weaken AAA, Atlas is dead and IT Alliance more hostile than ever.
Damu´Khonde can only hope, that Pandemic Legion won´t finish em off totally, as the alliance despite its long roleplaying history, would surely wouldn´t be capable of reclaiming any territory lost in Providence, without AAA ready to support them.
We will see how this situation will evolve, and if Damu´Khonde and AAA will find new allies or try to repair their connections with the old ones. As Eve shows nowadays, without friends, you won´t make it far. And standing alone is usually the first sign of fail.
