Hello, welcome to another video round up post I hope to make on rare occasions only. As you are well aware, I cover battle reports around New Eden and in order to bring more exposure to smaller fights, have made the Battle Report Round Up. If you are unfamiliar with the format, the Battle Report Round Up collects videos of smaller sized conflicts from throughout the cluster and gives them room to present including a description and appropriate links.
However, every so often I stumble upon a video that for one reason or another doesn’t fit the mold. At other times a submission is either late or concerns a fight I have already covered in a previous article. Regardless, the result is the same: A work which a lot of effort and thought were put into not receiving what I consider the appropriate attention.
In order to remedy the situation, I have started this corner. Here, I hope to give the proper exposure these videos deserve. However, only videos depicting large and medium sized battles will be featured in this corner, you have been warned! For more EVE Online related videos, check Tiberius StarGazer’s wonderful “Watch These” segment which is featured weekly on the site.
Forwarded to me by the executor of FETID [FETID], this video contains quite a good number of different fights set to music and with scoreboards and even explanation bubbles embedded into the film itself. However being a compilation video I couldn’t use it for my Battle Report Round Up segment.
Another compilation video of two large fights between Dead Terrorists [IKILU] and Did he say Jump [JMP-N] sent to me by its creator, LT Alter. Once again the format didn’t fit my usual segments nor could I cover the battles themselves due to backlog. Thus I hope featuring it here will do it some of the justice it deserves considering the amount of effort displayed by its fine editing.
I have already covered the battle of Anchauttes in the following article. However receiving this submission a few days ago and seeing its quality, I knew I had to feature it somewhere. Finally, I have a chance.
At the time I was scrambling to meet a deadline and went ahead featuring this battle in a separate article. Yet seeing this video posted in the comments’ section, I knew I had to give it more exposure, so at last, here it is.
