Hello fella’s,
It’s been a pretty messy few weeks. Time to get everyone on the same page. I want to have two meetings. One with all CEOs/Directors (as best as timezones allow). In this meeting we will detail our goals and objectives moving forward. I feel there is a serious disconnect between myself and some of these corp leadership members.
Once we have met, finalized agreeable goals and objectives we will then hold an alliance wide meeting in order to make sure everyone is aware of these goals.
The orders to withdraw to Curse and begin fun fleets seemed like an okay idea at the time. It appears that this is not working. Many have expressed they do not wish to go to Curse. That’s fine. I’ll own up to it and we can call this move a bust. I was hoping this would provide us with close proximity to our enemies as well as some allies. I was also hoping this would promote more fun fleets where pilots could just get together and kill shit without the overburden of SOV mechanics and unmanageable blobs etc.
So this is on me. A plan to relocate to our more traditional haunts is being drawn up. Infrastructure is being laid out and once a solid plan is in place it will be shared with all of you. In order to relieve the burden of this coming relocation, I will designate a fuel allowance to recoup the costs of having to jump stuff again so soon. Details on this will be revealed once I have spoken to the rest of corp leadership.
CEOs/Directors I would like to meet with as many of you as possible on -A- comms. I will call an initial meeting for Thursday April 10th at 23:00. If this is not an ideal time for everyone please contact me in the appropriate skype channels and we can work out another time that the majority of us can get together. I am sure everyone has feedback and questions and I want to address as much as I can. I know it is very short notice but I feel we need to address this as soon as possible.
The full alliance meeting will be announced at the end of the CEO/Directors meeting and will also likely be short notice. I want to have everyone that wishes to remain well informed and ready to go. Where we go as an alliance from here is up to us. It is my hope that we can look past what has been lost and build from what we still have.
