April Fool’s is a time for merriment and silly pranks. Usually, articles are posted and dismissed readily. So when members of the esteemed Pandemic Legion woke up to find a thread welcoming DYS0N to PL from noble diplomat JEFFRAIDER, many threw their doubts and concerns down to the date the thread was made.
However, after further reports today of a Hoover corp meeting and sightings of capitals jumping up to Amamake, Pandemic Legion IRC was awash with anguished voices and bitter resentment. Had JEFFRAIDER played us all?
I caught up with Jeff earlier today, who had this to say:
‘Pandemic Legion Deep Cover Operative Wrichard “Wrik” Hoover has completed his long-term strategic mission of raising a corporation from the ground up and using it to infiltrate two High Value Targets, TEST Alliance Please Ignore and Black Legion. to strip them of their PVPers and Tier One Personalities. Of particular note we have captured the Four of Hearts, Imperial Marinel, the Nine of Diamonds, fin1712 and the King of Clubs, Baki Yuku. We welcome Commander Hoover and his troops back from the field with open arms and full hearts.’
As of this time, no Hoover representative has stepped forward to confirm the move or the reasons why they left Black Legion, but I’m sure they can look forward to a profitable and rewarding stay in Pandemic Legion. Sources have indicated however, contrary to JEFFRAIDER’s statement, Baki Yuku has left Dyson Inc. and will therefore not be joining the renowned Pandemic Legion.
