This morning at roughly 06:30 AM a massive brawl went down between n3 + PL against BL and other forces.
What started as a simple structure bash with a couple of supers and a supporting slowcat fleet of about 30 turned into a super / dread slaughter fest with two nulli supers (Hel Killmail) (Nyx Killmail) and 1 Pandemic legion Titan (Avatar Killmail) dying to BL dreads and others.

Soon after the first Hel was alpha’d of the field a ping went out to all N3 Forces including PL. Pandemic Legion quickly formed a Super + Titan fleet and jumped in. As soon as they jumped the a Avatar of PL bumped off and was primaried by all dreads on field, It died within 2 minutes. While trying to save the Avatar, N3 + PL Managed to kill 70 dreads making their losses well worth it.

Both sides jumped their subcap fleets into system and started fighting. This subcap fight didn’t take long seeing the damage was already done. What was left on field worth noting were around 70 BL + CFC dread wrecks, and the super wrecks above..

(Battle Report)

As the war rages on more and more losses are occurring, I look forward to the future

Eve of today seems like a great game! Super battles + large-scale cap battles are becoming a common, recurring thing. Finally something worth putting ISK into.

    • mercfromabove

just dont sink isk into a hel ;D

  • Genzon

    Insured dreads best dreads

    • N3 Dude

I just miss the statement ” we didn’t want that dreads anyways”. Regarding the last post on Mittani.com it’s sounds like that.

  • AnotherNCFormer

Very nice, I want to return to play eve just to see it, death to pathetic legion, the great cancer of eve.

    • N3 Dude

Sorry but the cancer of Eve is definitely Goonswarm

      • AnotherNCFormer

Disagree completely. But… Pathetic legion directly and indirectly contributed to the CFC became what it is today, from old NC of Morsus Mihi, passing Drone Wars, fighting SOLAR, where and when attacked Deklen, PL headed Test Alliance to win war against soco, today i think N3 is only one more tool to PL lead eve to ruin.

        • N3 Dude

I don’t agree with your arguments, because they hadn’t gone a different way than BL did. They were mercs for some time. Don’t you see that it all started with the blueballing and number over all of the goons. PL always tried to save their income. Who else wouldn’t do so if you can’t win against “the blobb” which goons presented since their beginning.
Do you remember on the tech agreement which Goons broke one by one with the other parties?
In my opinion goons always used lies and propaganda to gain their profit and take the stuff from the smaller allies.
All their current acting is destroying eve more and more.
What about goons last achievements? How does their destroying of Test has helped eve in any matter?

          • grunt

“How does their destroying of Test has helped eve in any matter?” …less content at all

        • dichzor

Cancer or not, game will certainly improve without PL. Gonna miss them. They were a decent enemy.

  • AnotherNCFormer

Very nice, I want to return to play eve just to see it, death to pathetic legion, the great cancer of eve!

  • Poomers

So Black Legion Joined the CFC i hear or at least is at the cfc nipple

  • droljica

And there goes (again) bl capital fleet sponsored by gey-ruskies …

  • Deltaguy

I love the spin that mittens tried to put saying they were all inssured dreads, Yeh and every CSAA that dies only have spare cap parts and no actuall supers being built.

    • Crusty

I also faction fit my suicide dreads… -.-

    • mercfromabove

Its funny he said that, because when the fight started not even the nulli guys knew how many bro’s would come to save them. In no possible way could the CFC + BL know they were all going to die. It was meant to be a quick gank and wank operation which got escalated by a quick response from N3

  • SamuraiJack

    So. 2 supers and a titan for… 60dreads. sooo. thats 87 + 19 + 22 (128b) vs 2.2 x 60 (132b)

Gotta love BL isk wars right?

    • SamuraiJack

PL and folk looted field too? So BL lost even more and didnt get super/titan loot.

      • Forgive__Me

What about those carriers N3 lost … ?

        • SamuraiJack

BR says 2 carriers lost. 2bil extra. wooo…

          • Forgive__Me

Actually it does … using your math 128b+15b=143b to 132b+2b=134b …

Edited: and it was 19 carriers lost for N3 ;)

          • JIeoH Mocc

eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=20734650 this says ~20ish carriers lost. So what’s the total?

    • N3 WarHQ

Correct count was 70 dreads in total, there was some rus rus dreads dying to. Also a lot of those dreads was faction fit so the price is more close to 3.3 then 2.2 for etch dread. But of course you have the insurance on the dreads making the loss less hurtful.

In the end i would say it was pretty much even isk losses on both sides. If this wasn’t a “oh shit i’m tackled with my supers op” i doubt that the titan + supers would have been lost and we would see 70 dead dreads only.

I love these big capital fights! About time we use these toys!

Hope that everyone had fun :)

      • JIeoH Mocc

If this wasn’t an “Oh shit i’m tackled with my supers op” how would you imagine seeing 70 dreads dead?

      • ogre Nine

Correct count was 60 dreads in total. Count them.
A few Moros and Revs had navy mods on them that are cheap. With the average cost of Nags being closer to 2 bill, I think it evens out.
If you’ve heard the coms from this battle, then you also know that dozens of Fighter bombers and Fighters were also slaughtered by the Domis.
There is no way to call this a win for Dotbros. They got caught with their pants down and were lucky it didn’t happen a couple of hours earlier when Goons would have dropped hundreds of dreads on them.
Pretty even losses, heroic save from the bust ass for PL, and I’m betting that you won’t see PL using their supers in such a casual fashion again.
BTW the Goon replacement Dreads are already moving back into Curse. I’m not sure how many other entities could have replaced that many caps so soon.

        • EMP Grunt

Wrong. The Mittani has a more complete battle report than the linked ones in the comments.

          35
Moros, 15 Naglfars, and 17 Revelations were lost by the CFC and BL.
That is 67 dreads total. In addition to that, a chimera and a archon was
also lost. Subcap losses were 24 domis and 7 tengus.

PL/N3 side lost an Avatar, Nyx, Hel, 15 Archons, and 4 Thanatos, Subcap losses were 14 domis, and 2 lokis.

          Both
sides lost roughly the same amount of isk, 200 billion per side. PL and
n3 held the field, and therefore looted all the wrecks, probably making
some of their isk back. CFC made some of their losses back via
          insurance.

Having said all that, it’s alot easier to
replace a titan and 2 supers than 70 dreadnoughts with the production
lines. I wouldn’t be surprised if the titan and 2 supers wasn’t replaced
already or will be within a week. Its not like the CFC depleted PL’s
combat ability. But it might take the CFC quite a while to replace
dreads. Even if they had a stockpile, that stockpile is most likely
depleted now. How long can the CFC sustain 70 dreadnought loss fights
every time they get into a capital brawl?

          • JIeoH Mocc

That’s the spirit that Makalu tries to maintain, eh? I don’t know – bring your slowcat sphere to any place other than station docking range and we’ll see if there are no more dreads left for the RUS/BL/RZR/CFC. Sounds good?

          • EMP Grunt

Tell CFC to bring real ships to grind sov in, not those silly little bombers.

          • JIeoH Mocc

why would I, they’re honourable third party, they can grind sov in any ship type they desire.

          • EMP Grunt

Yes they can. And we’ll continue to laugh at their hours long grind per system when we’ll grind it back in less than an hour.

          • ogre Nine

Minus a Titan and a couple of Super Carriers of course.
            Oh, and the jump bridge…

          • dichzor

aint no jumpbridges where PLN3 is going :D

          • EMP Grunt

Not minus a titan anymore as it turns out. Looks like bushy2 is in an Avatar again. Plus I am sure those 2 supers are already replaced.

And the jump bridge isn’t as bad. Most line members in n3 have carriers or can titan bridge. Plus they can just set up jump bridges one system over. Not that bad of a loss.

          • ogre Nine

            So…didn’t want that anyway?
I remember the exact same speech just before you ran screaming from Fountain.

          • anonymous

They were on a tcu last night where were you?

          • ogre Nine

Show me a report with those numbers, and not one of the stupid ones with duplicate entries on both sides. There’s not one at The Mittani.
The idea that supers are easier to replace than dreads is just dumb as hell.
Shows you know nothing about cap building.
You can pump out dreads by the dozens in stations. Even in NPC lowsec stations.
The CFC has already replaced the dreads. Any further discussion about stockpiles is irrelevant.
The CFC FC decided to take out the Titan instead of working through the carriers, a good PR move, but if he’d continued focusing fire on the super carriers, I doubt any would have made it out. Like I said before, if this had happened earlier in the day, a lot more dreads would have been dropped, and this would have been very one sided.
I seriously doubt you’ll see Dotbros risk their supers like this again.

          • Cloora

Yeah its not like we have a huge rental empire spitting out Supers as fast as low sec is spitting out dreads or anything.

          • ogre Nine

Having been involved in supercap transactions several times recently, there is no giant surplus of Titans just waiting for purchase in PL. If there is, you might want to tell the poor buyers who have to wait three and a half months for it to come out of the build slot.

          • http://themittani.com/ Gilles Navarien

You are simply retarded, ever heard of insurance? Those dreads cost less post insurance than the titans hull unfit. Also on what world are dreads hard to replace there’s stock piles in maila for sale constantly and that’s before we build our own. The “CFC” bill when you remove all the BL and Rus dreads was way higher when we lost 110 Domi’s in G-O last week so your answer is we can do this for a while :-) indefinitely if titans keep exploding.

          • Maloxkov Malukkar

Sit down, drink a cup of tea and calm down my old friend. vince is a lannister so we dont worry about the isk.

          • http://themittani.com/ Gilles Navarien

I’m sure Papa Vince has alot of isk, but that still doesn’t change simple math that these people seem to find far beyond their ability.

Maybe they honestly think its a good trade, if so… can we do this again EU Prime tomorrow? I want to whore on a titan.

          • Robo

Eu prime where N3/PL are significantly out numbered by cfc/Rus in their prime time. GG noob…

          • EMP Grunt

Looks like Pandemic Legion was able to replace that Avatar they lost faster than the CFC and BL were able to replace those dreads since BL is busy trying to buy them in lowsec and move them down. Yes, individually a dread is easier to replace than a titan. No one disputes that. But 70 dreads is alot harder to replace, get down to the deployment area, and fit up than a single Titan. Plus the workload for the 3 supers were divided among two alliances. I’m sure the supers are already replaced as well…..

    • Maloxkov Malukkar

2.2 b FITTED DREADS??? WHERE?? I WANT TO BUY THEM ALL.

dont be stupid dude. 1.97 is buildcost at perfect rate.

      2.2 is riddickulousss

      • Dumbledore

Sir, could I please have a handful of those shrooms you’ve recently devoured.

that image was taken from Hard Knocks invasion over a year ago. get with it EN24.

  • Duh

“Managed to kill 70 dreads making their losses well worth it” They lost 260B compared to 170B and losing a Titan is never worth it. No spinzone pls

    • Jakes

Pyrrhic victory in the isk war for BL.

    • Aonus_the_blaster_maniac

replacing 3 ships vs replacement of 70 is a big difference bub.

    • Angry customer

‘They lost 260B’ nice number there bro, can I have some of what your taking?

  • http://themittani.com/ Gilles Navarien

70 dreads after insurance is little over 80m about the market cost of the titans hull without fit. So yeah let’s just call it a good trade for the free supers and twenty slow cats lol moron.

    • Mohamad’s Comment

You can sleep with ur wet dreams of the fact that they were all insured (knowing that they belong to different alliances with different policies of insurance!!

And bearing the fact that most losses belong to BL … I am pretty sure that we will see less and less caps on field in the future

    • Robo

Point being is 70 dread=200-210bill depending on fits. Probably averaging around 3bill each.
PL losing 1 Titan no sweat. Likely replaced straight away.
Nulli losing a Hel, well who cares about that, get a Aeon next time dude.
Also losing a Nyx well played, but likely reimbursed straight away. Would not say it will affect matters N3/PL side, but it gave both parties a heep of fun.
Not the way N3 would have liked to initiate the fight, but N3/PL took field and showed grit.

Cfc for the most part are fine with replacements.
BL. Are as always on benifits from scrounging from Rus/cfc for isk to replace their supers.

    • Angry customer

      -.- you don’t get it…

GL getting 70 dreads back on field in a day… I know that the titan and supers are already replaced…

      • Eve 2013 Calls you

Yea cause N3 actually shows up to every timer.

        • Angry customer

that has 100% relevance to what i just said, well done.

        • Zdrack

          so do the russians

  • Robo

Mittens rage about SMA FCON Gents not being able to take shit from EMP yesterday was epic.

All the rage about cfc not being able to form more than 450 people from mittens pings. Test camping FA systems stopping the bears from ratting, FA being broke. Lots of mud was being flung yesterday in cfc camp.
Seems the smarter of cfc don’t seem to keen on grinding 400 systems and having most of the systems taken by cfc/Rus taken back soon after. A lot of grunts unsettled about constant grinding for Mittens RL wallet, for little no gain for them individually. Got to say its a good question is grinding sov for mittens rental empire/rmt worth your time?
N3/pl have got a lot of buffer as far as sov goes.
If N3 choose their fights they can carry on having fun, not giving Rus/cfc/BL blob content.
With that in mind if cfc/Rus wish to take all sov in question it will cost them far more than maybe its worth it, that’s not just isk, FCs grunts etc.

All in all intel and comms in cfc camp was funny as fuck, pleasure to be in. Much chuckling commenced :)

    • CyberSarge

Do you actually play the game? I am in the CFC and the moral of the grunts could not be higher. We will shoot structures or whatever else presents itself. We had some good fights but mostly N3 seems ok with us raping and pillaging their SOV.

      • N3 Dude

You must be one one of the propaganda guys which mittens pays for.
It propably makes fun to shoot some structures in a funny and entertained fleet by a decent fc, but not if you have nothing else to do as shooting structures hour by hour, day by day.

        • CyberSarge

Mittens if you see this guys post, please contact me for prompt payment. And while not the most exciting part of Eve, we were assigned to grind SOV and that is exactly what we are going to do.

    • Necromonger

Robo you need to learn something about cfc m8….
We have Dabigredboat and Suas on coms so structure grinds become one of the most epic things to do in Eve….
We do this because we have fun…there is zero presure on us…
We can take our ball and go home anytime we want and we lose nothing.

You know what happens if CFC will deploy as a single unit…..
Be glad we are on diffrent locations or you woulnt have a single renter left renting m8.

At this point it can go either way, once we stage from a single system its game over for N3.
So keep talking about our morale is low and shit like that :P
One word from mittens and we unite and rape whole Eve.

      Not winning fast enough…remember

  • ThatGuy

Oh look, jump bumping mechanics again… really ccp fix how your jump mechanics work
