A leak has revealed that the CFC’s SpaceMonkey’s Alliance (SMA) will be deploying to Delve by the end of the week in order to harass the HBC. The 2600 strong alliance based in Branch will be staging out of NPC Delve in 0N-3RO – within four jumps of the TEST staging system NOL-M9 and within 5 jumps of Querious.
The leak, which comes in the form of a deployment order, made it clear that the deployment would be limited in its scope, and that SMA has a number internal issues they hope the deployment will sort out.

As a result, all capitals and battleships are being left at home, and the approved fleet doctrines are clearly intended to harass. Approved doctrines include cloaky ships – though without BLOPS support, mixed tier 3 BCs, as well as T1 and T2 AHAC doctrines without triage support.
The deployment will also mark the roll-out of a HAM Caracal doctrine SMA is calling Zombie Fleet, which takes advantage of the Retribution changes to the Caracal. The Caracal backbone will be supported by Cerberus-capable pilots and T1 logistics. This will be the primary doctrine used in Delve.
SMA leadership emphasized the need for its pilots to train into the T2 HAM Caracals as it is the direction the entire CFC intends to move in.
Logistically, the deployment presents a challenge to SMA pilots. The leak revealed that leadership is expressly forbidding the use of capital chains.
Noting there are ZERO capitals being deployed the above doctrines are going to be near impossible to move – you may short bus the 65 jumps should you wish you may encourage members to repurchase and ship to the area (jita and amarr are within 30 jumps) however there will be NO capital chain into the deployment zone [sic]
Once in the deployment zone, they will be operating out of the station in 0N-3RO as well as two large POS’s in 0N-3RO and PR-8CA – one jump from NOL-M9.
The overall tone of the leak suggests that SMA has been struggling with motivational issues among others, as seen in this excerpt:

I have asked the Market Department to supply a FUCK load of the Zombie fleet to the deployment system
The HAM Caracal needs to be embraced and encouraged as this is soon to become a CFC initiative deployment if they cant use t2 encourage them to train but at this stage its not forced
200 Fitted Caracals are currently being shipped and contracted up from the alliance Executor corp
50 Scythes are being shipped for contract to the deployment zone

Whether this deployment will serve as a rallying cry for the alliance or result in some less desirable outcome remains to be seen. SMA leadership is also rolling out a new FC pay system, which (it can be assumed) they hope will encourage activity and participation, and ultimately improve their dismal kill board.
Within the greater perspective of CFC-HBC hostilities, could it be that Mittens is throwing all his second-tier alliances at Montolio to keep him busy with proxy wars? Will it be enough to quench the thirst for blood Montolio was displaying before his leave of absence?
