On the 25th Feb Black Core Alliance had an alliance meeting shown below relating to the current invasion by Pandemic Legion, N3 and friends in their space:
But after this meeting took place things took a different turn where the original creator of the alliance, Numenor Balmenor, who still held control over the exec, has decided to cut a deal with N3 and has since caused a cascade of the alliance. Sullen Rise had the running of alliance operations handed over to him from Numenor months ago, but since this recent deal made with N3 Sullen has about 75% of the corps moving with him to a new alliance called S E D I T I O N.
Which can be seen in the ping below:

With all of the issues, and with the political concerns, The HC has determined that to be fair and honest, BCA alliance will be turned back over to Numenor and he will be making a deal to become a renter.
With that said, here is the order of operations that want to remain with Sullen Arise as Alliance CEO. I have spoke to most CEOs and here is the path.
1. Xfer sov and station to Dark Star Enterprise This is my holding group until Sov can be addressed.
2. Get your shit out to the Forge low sec ASAP. Remember still a war dec.
3. Drop from Black Core Alliance if you wish to go with us.
4. Apply to new alliance S E D I T I O N Sullen has control of this alliance and we shall reform under this group.
We want to keep the family together, so please do as you feel is correct and right. Lets keep it civil, and cause no grief.
Sullen Arise
BC-A and most of the DRC is fail cascading, the DRC leader has left the coalition and the whole alliance is evacing
Only time will tell which direction this new alliance will go, one thing is likely certain, they will continue to operate as Black Core Alliance just under a new name for now. We’ll see about that.

Why is so easy for some ppl to join the other side?
BCA has never been a pvp alliance i know, but they had some really good pilots in there.
Anyhow you live and die by your choices.
Good luck in the future whatever you guys choose to do.
oh dear god, sedition, REALLY??? ask any alliance/corp/player who lived in syndicate what that lots like and oh dear poor BCA….
War Observer and SOLAR PET must be sad today…there bro`s are crumbling.
Lol is it really a mystery where SEDITION GOES? They will fit in perfectly in the CFC, a bloated cow of an alli who can`t fight well unless they have another 20k guys to protect them….At least BCA is honest and realizes without being a renter they aren`t cut out for 0.0. Also they may become shooters yet if they can join our roams and fight vs the CFC
I bet money withing 4 months they will be speaking Goonie.
i bet within 4 months they will be high sec carebears.having lost everything
PNG ED CORE were all ordered by MACTEP to come under BCA's Banner in an attempt to unit what little strength was left in the DRC after a demanding slog of fighting, Then in BCA's Hour of need with PL NC. and S2N pounding at the Sov, BCA was left up the creek without a paddle when CFC and Solar after all their promises apoligised but refused to help.
Wow, not sure how I missed this piece of info, and not entirely sure what transpired after PNG decided to leave without flipping our holdings to the enemy, but at no time did Comrade Mactep inform PNG they were to come under BCA's banner. The idea may have been in someone's head to try that, but that was never going to happen. If in fact that order did come down after we left, I can understand why the rest fell apart, because nobody would have tolerated that anymore than they would have tolerated falling under PNG or ED or SCdot, etc. Despite the fact that some entity needed to take a firmer brand of command and control, no alliance in that coalition was capable of taking that lead. And words from Mactep would never, not ever, for any reason whatsoever…. ever have changed that. Now if you mean that Sullen and elements of BCA were allowed their turn at being the coalition lead, yeah, at the end they were tapped to be the 4th (5th??) incarnation of the DRC Command. But under the BCA banner, uh no.
Hmmm.. sounds like a rerun of IRC. Sorry to hear you guys are getting tossed a side. Solar doesnt have time to help it's allies (or pets). Good luck with all your pursuits as you try to find a new place to setup and rebuild.
An interesting economic sidenote, or just a coincidence?
The sales of capital part BPC's have stagnated (that is sales have stoped not prices collapced) since most of the indi. guys in malpais have shut up shop. have they bought more bpo's or has capital part production ground to a slow crawl? What will the cap ship lossers do now? maybe we will see PL mining for Ship replacements even before the removal of moon goo:)
I was recently in Black Core Federation, and they were a nice bunch of guys, always saying there here to help out, and support whatever you do.
And what happend to me was, A good friend of mine and me joined Black Core because we were promised a better future.
So we moved out to 0.0 with them and setup our mining and ratting and hell, we even had a little pvp going.
It seems that Numenor Balmenor decided one day to start kicking corps out of alliance without even a word and joined up with NC and PL.
Apparently He have a deal to pay for there space and blue status to NC/PL with capital ships per month.
We couldnt get our assets out of alot of the stations we had access to the day before, Finaly we were offered a way out by another person who was in the same predicament and he got our stuff out safely.
Thank god
Then we decided, Why not get them back..
I created Alfread Hitchkiller and started mailing every name in Black Core Federation I could think of and told them I could get there stuff out of those stations safely, Wouldnt you know it… the courier contracts started rolling in free stuff with no accept price and anything.
They must not have even checked to see if this character was even in Black Core or not.
I so far have accepted over 12.5 billion isk in BC-F member assets, and even had one guy buy an enpty freight container for 300million isk thinking it was his stuff.
We safly got there stuff out thanks to there own Jump Friehgter Pilot and back to hi-sec and was quickly sold on the market. for 10.8bil, Gave everyone a discount.
Then, we sent an offer to one of the members, that if he did a job for us, we would contract his stuff back.
The guy accepted!
Make that now 112.5 Billion Isk plus probually over 50bil in BPO's
