After Razor Alliance’s “non-invasion” of Cobalt Edge culminated in a deal between them and Intrepid Crossing [IRC], Razor has finally taken control of the 30 systems in the region north of CUT-0V. IRC was promised easiness of evacuation, with the “non-invaders” dropping camps and allowing fleeing IRC members to leave peacefully:
My Fellow Goats,
I bring you glad tidings of great joy!
Our non-invasion has come to a rather surprising conclusion:
Intrepid Crossing is transferring Sov north of CUT to Razor over the next 72 hours.
IRC, in a final action, have chosen to peacefully hand over Sov, infrastructure and everything that goes with it.
As of now, pull all PvP fleets, camping, etc out of IRC space Immediately!
This is a good-faith move on our part to make the transfer as painless as possible for them.
This is a manditory order, no exceptions! Anyone continuing pvp action in IRC-Owned Cobalt Edge will be dealt with swiftly.
Probably trying to avoid stretching too thin, or because of their intention of keeping Cobalt Edge as prime roaming grounds (or just thanks to competent diplomatic work from the receiving part), the systems south of CUT-0V were to be handed over to R O G U E [ROGUE], one of IRC’s partners, who effectively started taking 32 systems last Sunday.
According to reports, Solar fleets came into scene and destroyed the Territorial Claim Units as they were being onlined, taking the systems for themselves.
Solar Fleet’s intentions are unclear, though. It is to be confirmed whether this was an opportunistic takeover or the beginning of a serious campaign in order to claim more systems in the part of Cobalt Edge now controlled by R O G U E.
