Two of the PvP groups currently dwelling in Curse, Catastrophic Uprising [-CUP-] and Wicked Intentions [.WI.], have recently decided to go for each other’s throats after engaging in the fine EvE tradition of backstabbing old friends.
Despite [.WI.] referring to [-CUP-] as their “bros” in their latest recruitment thread only 48 hours before the incident, [-CUP-] had reasons to believe [.WI.] was planning an awoxing festival against them, in order to drive them off the constellation.
They were contacted by a source that is to remain anonymous, who in turn had been contacted by DivineRapier (head of [.WI.]), and given logs of said conversation:

Leaving aside the fact that DivineRapier seemed to be contacting someone he didn’t know very well (or at all, in fact) to drive a friendly alliance out of their home, and ignoring the fact that trusting a complete stranger with that kind of information usually results in them spilling the beans just for a laugh, I can’t stop wondering why DivineRapier offered to “get back” to the stranger, when he told DivineRapier that he could help if he was given “A Drake or any missile boat“.
Doesn’t sound exactly like pro alliance removal services, but everybody is entitled to their own opinions.
Upon receiving the tip from their anonymous friend, [-CUP-] staged a preemptive strike, in order to properly backstab their backstabbers. They offered to help [.WI.] repair the shields of one of their reinforced POSes and, although DivineRapier logged off, [.WI.] pilot Hindoor was about to receive their full attention.
When he joined the fleet in his Archon.
[-CUP-] pilots were waiting for a worthy (and unsuspecting) prey outside the station, with an Onyx sitting off grid 850Km away. Once they witnessed Hindoor’s carrier undocking, it was a matter of bubbling it and dropping a cyno to invite a few friends to the party.
The Archon didn’t last long, and Hindoor rewarded them with a memorable “u guys just fucked ur selve!” in Local, a sentence which I can only justify in the context of a very, very furious Hindoor.
When asked about potential reprisals from [.WI.], our source told EN24 “just look at their killboard”.
We will leave it at that.
