According to Kjersidur Elladall, the CEO of the Directive Enforcement Department, a CCP fleet was detected leaving the Polaris system this morning. The fleet is rumored to be highly organized with a mass of battleship class vessels and logistic support. Capsuleers in New Eden should remain alert. At this time the DED have no leads on the final destination of this fleet although they suspect it may emerge in a Gallente low security system later today.

Just because you built it or bought it 2 years ago does not make it top of the line 2 years ago, I'd imagine you went budget route getting the best bang for your buck instead of buying the most shiny possible. Which likely puts your pc more like 4-5 year old setup.
