I always thought that 'brave' meant staying on the field and fighting outnumbered, not launching bombs at helpless victims and warping off before anyone can lock you. Thanks for the correction.

Whats with Makalu hate? Its guys like him that make this game entertaining. You want to be FC'ed by a guy with a personality of a zombie? I would never join an alliance with boring zombie FC's. I've flown under Shadoo, Makalu, etc … the emo rage keeps this game interesting for me!

Bombing takes a fair bit of skill, expecially if you want to actually kill things, and I have to give Bombers Bar alot of credit for doing somethign and doing it well.
However,
There little written blurb there, utterly retarded. Aside form the fact that it obviously hasn't crossed his mind that some play the game for the politics, and yet others play to empire build, it is alot easier to be a bomber fleet show up when 2 other sides are duking it out in a 300v300 Heavyweight knock out round than it is to actually be a front line soldier. Half the work is done for them, the FC's are focused on the other fleet rotating there fleet around the enemy trying to maintain a range, they arn't even looking for these dudes. All these guys have to do is figureout 1. the fleet goes —–> direction, know how many waves of bombs to do, where to do it and when, then set it up, click bomb. While not easy, there not exactly doing anyhtign super leet
Except Bombers Bar has never once had two sides fight each other, numbering in the tens let alone hundreds, and just come in and bomb one side. The closest thing was maybe in 49u when we took out the TEST Drake fleet. But AAA never even jumped in system for the fight.

Exactly. Personally I think my alliance is great. We work together to get things done. We value our discipline and dedicated leadership and have crazy times on comms and out on fleets.
Our alliance/leadership isnt abusing the membership or other alliances, they are out there working for their isk just like the rest of us. And if someone says its cause they are too dumb or whatever then remember you're refering to 90% of the community.
Dont assume all alliances in these powerblocks are crap, many are very good as their own small community, and whether they appear on Eve Kill as heros or EN24 as villians I imagine it doesnt really matter to them.
I'm disappointed in Bombers Bar going on a Ego trip here. This is a surefire way to lose respect, not gain it.
Plus, lets see you defend anything with just a bomber fleet. It wouldnt suprise me if we didnt see the return of small squads of insta-lock arty canes comeback from the dead. (plz god no!)

Also insta canes are easy to kill. No tank. You take out a bomber maybe…lose a cane worth 3 times the bomber.
