How is this long term thinking that will help EvE??? How will the extension into a Console Game help EvE, when in fact there are many other avenues to enrich the game.

…bit short sighted to assume Dust will make EvE better. EvE does not need Dust to be better but rahter Dust needs EvE to be a richer game. Without EvE, Dust is just another vanilla FPS.

I don't know about the entire content of the patch, but…
The chat windows did require a bit of work on them, and from what I can see, it does look ok.
I guess we'll know once our hands have been laid upon these new chat perks.

I'm not really sure I wish local chat in solar system to be available to both at the same time. Ok, maybe the planet/base controlers or whatever you will call those DUSTies, like speakers for the planet folk, but other than that…meh

I haven't seen any updates about fricking LOCAL CHAT REMOVAL in 0.0. or some sort of fix for this.

It'll be interesting to see how that works. At minimum you need a small gang with solid dps to kill a solo dread(it'd deserve to die anyways, being solo) and it'd take time. I can see some sort of cooperation needed up in orbit to point/web the ship down long enough for surface fire to do worthwhile damage. Here's hoping they don't give the mercs stupidly powerful guns to keep the console boys happy and it's balanced.

Yeeeyyyyyy.. yet another patch wich is not about EvE….adding or fixing it….but about a game tha will be played by 12 year olds and that games is imposed to us by CCP becouse were it stand alone game it would have been a full fiasco…now even if dust fails it will be dragged be eve online further becouse there will be no other way to play eve than to interact with dusties….
