and a day later plex price has dropped by 50 mil, overall supply has increased dramatically so demend is no longer 4:1 instead its now 1.6:1 (2211 plex on market) ppl have gotten greedy for all the iskies will be interesting to see how long it last before the prices start to rise again???

Celestis is the Gallente e-war cruiser(sensor damps). You're possibly thinking of the Exequror. Fingers crossed though that more people will be using the altered T1 ships more and more, I personally am crossing my fingers for more small gang warfare!

Is it really a prediction when the goal of the change is to bring about the prediction as the intended effect?

It was never intended for 2-week alts to make billions in FW. The changes have been designed to remove as much of this gameplay as possible in favor of actual participation.

As for #4, of course you're going to see more ship types; people aren't going to be shoe-horned into flying 3-4 ships from each race that don't suck, and will finally have options. I don't think I've ever flown any Gallente T1 cruisers other then a Thorax, but now I might give the Celestis (i think it's the celestis) a whirl as a cheaper, more loss-friendly logistics alternative to the Oneiros.
