Reading his article do I see how he dwells over the past and the mistakes made by CCP and that he takes a bit of amusement and satisfaction out of it.

He is gloating.

I think the problem is CCP is very bad at communication.
They serve up small parts of info usually only the bad parts,leave out the vision they can see from where they sit and know.
I think its a reflection probably from internal top down corporate culture,might work when people get paid to accept it doesnt work as good when people are paying you.
Also the day nobody whines or rages is the day eve is truly dead because nobody cares anymore.
