So hell broke lose in the Southern Coalition yesterday and right now is everybody for themselves.
Chaos and Betrayal in RED.Overlord – Capital Solar System Sov Dropped.
It can be summed up pretty much to the leader of The Jagged Alliance “Xfile 666″ convinced a corp of ROL (Red Overlord) To defect ROL, and drop the Territorial Claim Unit in their capital system of AZN-D2 in Feythabolis. Being the historical capital of RED.Overlord, a system that also harbors the majority of the PVP assets of the active RED.Overlord corporations.
TEST and Pandemic Legion leadership promptly realized the importance of this opportunity and put in motion all the necessary gears in motion to get Xfile 666 to switch sides and made all the necessary arrangements to organize the OP and schedule the proper timing for the Sov Drop.
Lukejb CEO of Total Annihilation. executed the Sov Drop: at the command given by Shadoo, off-lined the TCU. Immediately the Pandemic Legion super-capital fleet jumped into the System and started grinding the Station. Moments later, Total Annihilation left ROL Alliance and applied for The Jagged Alliance.
On same moment other corp from ROL who made other agreements with HBC, started to defect; corporations like Skulldogs and Sacred Templars. A new alliances is rumored to be formed which will harbor some of these defecting corporations with TEST/Pandemic Legion friendly standings.
Analysis
As a result ROL, the only alliance truly willing to give a fight to TEST/PL has been greatly weakened, Against All Authorities inability to help allies became more apparent than ever given the little pressure put into Paragon Soul and the lack of support from -A-.
As a result The Pandemic Legion / TEST Jabber signaled the end of the war:
As you may have seen on Kugutsumen, D/Q/PB/F war is over. -A- has issued full redeployment of all forces to GE- in an attempt to focus on an easier front in Detorid/Curse/Creek against INK/Why/Gypsy/residents. They do this with FULL knowledge that by doing so, they will effectively be fucking over ROL is Paragon Soul. As response, ROL RUS leadership has said “fuck with PS – didn’t want it anyway”.
We don’t like to be handed regions willy nilly. We would have appriciated a bit more of a fight, to be honest. Thus, Operation Rollover was set in motion 5 minutes ago.
Phase 1 — The Jagged Alliance (TJA) operatives executed order 66 on AZN sovereignity. AZN, for those who do not know, is ROL capital. Their K-6, VFK, etc. The sovereignity of the system is *GONE*. Station is conquerable with no RF timer. No JB/jammers can be onlined.
We will burn AZN to the ground until ROL RUS comes out and fights us. Next 8h is their chance to save the station by destroying our onlining TCUs, -A- has CTAs they can direct to us and bring along their new found SOLAR buddies. Now we will see if -A- tosses ROL to the side like a used condom or if they will step up and defend their oldest ally.
If they don’t, well… thank you in advance for firesales. Hope they learn that no one runs away from fights with HBC without extra pressure being applied.

AZN falls with a whimper
The 8th of October saw the defection of several corps within ROL and the flipping of the ROL capital AZN to Pandemic Legion as Fethabolis went into confusion.
Early evening around 18.00 eve time we were forming a bomber gang for some ops and headed towards AZN to group up. Arriving through the JB we noticed moments later that it went offline and the Station several seconds later showed sov was lost.
Thinking it may have been a glitch we continued apprehensively to form up but that old sixth sense started to ring bells with many in fleet as intel came in about red Cap fleets and incoming hostiles.
Sector Holders Total Annihilation TAN flipped the station in AZN to PL. Sacred Templars STEMP and SKULLDOGS, left ROL and the blue awox’ing began

Clone change messages started to come in for the corp as Med clones were kicked from AZN showing PL now held the station and red numbers started to rise across the region.
Skulldogs, Sacred Templars and Total Annihilation dropped sov in seven systems across Fethabolis and another in Paragon Soul, Jumpbridges went offline due to the sov changes and the whole network moved into chaos

As it seems half of eve is now set against –A-, ROL and its allies the cap fleet monster moves effortlessly across Feth and its surrounding areas assisted with excellent diplomatic skills and enticements to persuade aggrieved corps to become turncoats, take advantage of the situation and hammer the perceived final nails into the –A- coffin.
Having been on the end of many moves in the past through Providence, Tribute, Vale of the Silent and now Fethabolis, this is now life in EVE,
Sov changes, allegiances switch, backstabbing begins and grudges are stored for later resurrection. It all plays out in the rich tapestry that is EVE and the longer you are in it the more the cycle comes around.
Beware the friends you have today as you will be facing them across the field of battle in a few months time. Blues will be reset for “good fights” and the cycle starts again….. happy days

Alliance is fine, members are good, leadership are full of themselves. Yea, pretty much that. Was impossible to get things done in that alliance because of their CEO Mirko. He has such a need for control and likes to run everything by him self. Very inefficient way of running an alliance. Even though the members had some great ideas he never listen. As long as he gets his titans built they can stay. So I hope he lose his titan. But I doubt he will ever log it in. His tower is on our list, it is being watched.

I have been in Kadeshi for 6 months now, and I haven't had any dealing with Mirco (or his Titan) for all this time.
Alliance is run by several people and quite frankly, they cant be more responsive to our suggestions than what they are, I know I'm sounding like I'm sucking ass but it IS my alliance and it's where I've had most fun in eve till now. You were probably kicked because you want to spend your time ratting instead of pvp, but we are a pvp alliance. Too bad you are so butt hurt.
P.S: as far as leadership full of themselves, I have yet to find 'leaders' in eve that risk their ships to help out members.

-A- has a very clear way of doing things which can be sumed up as – "we are on the top". All "killboards are green", kicking players for not achieving a kill quota, elite pvp'ers, leaving allies/renters to die is just the projection of this central idea.
If you are on the top you do not need to worry about anyone below yourself. If they have problems they have them not because you have failed them but because they were too weak. They cannot possibly have friends who loose.
This is drasticly different approach from Test or Goons who embrace individual failure and have incorporated it into their play style. They promote improvement and accept avarage rather then expect everyone to be on a god level. They have certain people on the "god level" for the occasions when they need them.
I am not saying one approach is better then the other. Some ppl like to see themselves as a part of the elite, others want to prove them wrong and others like me just have fun after 11 hours of stress at work. What counts is that all involved will have fun because there will be always someone to fight in EVE.

ROL corps (the reasonable ones) were happy to stand and fight against the incoming test/pl bandwagon, but rol leadership were either afk or averse to any risk, aaa shrugged and went meh !

Once I saw ROL's fleet numbers trying to defend Paragon Soul I knew they were fucked. There was zero way that -A-'s max of 300 more pilots to any fight could shift the scale when ROL was committing maybe 100 to defend their own space against 600-700 pilot blobs.

ROL's leadership killed the alliance. On several occasions we had decent numbers and a strong will to fight, even though most of our ships were not even covered by SRP. Yet, the leadership backed off. On several occasions, we had a bit of a strategic upper-hand, such as a working cyno jammer, yet the leadership refused to use the supers because they could not reimburse them. Alliance wallets were so empty because some smart guys were paying gas bills in Siberia!
The leadership was even warned that backing off from fights will result in loosing corps. Now they can start cashing out whatever's left in their wallets and leave this game for good!
As for -a- help, they were on low numbers for a good while, I wan't expecting much from them anyways. I think the best they could've done to ROL was to borrow couple of FC's, since ROL ones were really terrible!

And the propaganda machine needs to work overtime, due to fear that after you conquer -A- space and try to blue out all 0.0 … -A- will still be standing and killing them by the hundreds.

I love the "blobs are unfair" argument that always pops up.
In EVE, there exists counters for almost every situation. Even though it isn't coded in the game as some form of module or ship, there does exist a counter for blobs. Build a bigger blob. If your leadership can't do that, or is unwilling to seek help from other alliances to fight the big blob, you'll get rolled.

Just want to point out one flaw in your argument. More of the same thing isn't a counter and when that is the only counter the game is broken. The only counter to supercapitals was more supercapitals which was a broken system. Also not everyone wants to have that type of napfest. I rather lose all my space while killing Solar and Co in the morning and Goons and co at night. Keep bringing your blob though, all it means to me is more kills.
