Leaving eve. Its impossible to balance mechanics for a game that has one body that has near unlimited resources and enjoys taking whatever game mechanic you give them to the nth degree. Hah this will probably make goons happy give each other a virtual high five. Unfortunately goons are ruining the game we all love and will keep driving people away till one there is not a subscription base is not large enough to keep it going or two they get board and decide to ruin another game. Either way CCP lost 4 more accounts.

all-in-all this new bounty seems interesting. Many were calling for pretty much exactly this not too long ago. I'm hoping their has to be something specific that makes players/corps able to have bounties like now, with low sec status, etc., because if anyone old player/corp with +10 sec status can have a 2bil bounty thrown on them it will be as if you actually declared war on them, so the big alliances will have just one more way the can pick on the little guys.

Other wise, can't wait to put bounties on all the miner griefers. And of course the few obligatory mil on goonswarm… it's a moral imperative

yeah, this is balanced. Well at least everyone will apparently be able to pour bounties onto an entire corporaton or alliance. So if goons start to grief highsec again all the jewbears in high sec can bounty off the entire goonswarm federation, but I just don't know if that will have much of an effect. But I can hope…

Well once people figure out that they can put a bounty on all of Goonswarm I bet the DEVs will cancel that option just like they did with dogpiling with some lame excuse that itgets around the war dec's system which protects goons with a 500 million a week WarDecc costs

I would not count on Goons having more ISKs than all of high-sec.

Once there is a new bounty system in place and it is actually working, meaning it creates and fuels a new profession, will 0.0 alliances be forced to play nice in high-sec or fight a war against gangs of bounty hunters.

It is possible for Goons to become bounty hunters. After all are they mostly killing for profit.
