What this means
Many of you might recall when WhiteNoise. issued their intention to evict Against All Authorities from the south, this was back when Super Capitals ruled the day, -A- did the same move back then, took refuge in NPC space and waited until the storm was over.
For Pandemic Legion / TEST it could be seen as the “go ahead” to make a full sov invasion of Catch, as the evac could be read as a sign of weakness and neglect to fight.
Time will tell if -A- is simply being paranoid or whether the goonies will actually take over the region.

Well, we had 3 or 4 "evacuate to stain" orders this year so far, so for -A- it's just routine.

Well, CFC has reset Tribals, PL, not to mention being red to Init and Raiden, since you can't expect reset from two friendly alliances (TEST & GSF) and TEST has been (or will be very soon) reset by the majority of CFC, you can continue to delude yourself that we are one big happy family.
I'll belive when I see it, saying it will happen (soon™) means nothing. All there is are, northern goons and pets, and southern goons and pets, the fact that they have reset eachothers pets are not really relevent b/c everyone is still NIP'd.

what he meant was that -A- has the most spies in other alliances. PL has been known to use spies a lot, but I'm pretty sure -A- has a load of spies in PL, and a tonne in gsf etc.
i don't know why this is news. -A- does this all the time. Maybe they are just moving closer to Rol to help them out. Or maybe HBC is planning to attack their space, -A- will just hold out in their fortress like they always do and wait out the storm.

Which seems to be the case, Montolio had said they are not interested in steamrolling catch, whether this is perfidy or not is debatable. MVN is not taking chances.
There have been reports of PL moving supers to Stain, which would point to a possible invasion. Whether this will happen I don't know, but as already mentioned by others, this is standard routine in -A-, whenever there is a possibility of invasion. There have been already 3 or 4 such orders during this year, most have already moved most non-PVP assets out. As a rule I always keep only one carrierload of ships for PVE anyway, together with my reserve carrier, so if anything happens I just sit in the carrier , load it up and jump out. Then I don't have to worry about that and can dedicate to PVP.
Could be some in Stain, but I''ve personally seen 7 Nyx's, 4 Aeons, a Wyvern, and 2 Hels in Camal, which is in Derelik. Little known fact: this system is in jump range of all of Providence, Most of Catch, and a good portion of Immensea.

Really bad article. First of all, this "news" is 5 days old, second they´re only moving non pvp assets.
It´s even worse and outdated then that…
PL come in supers (surpise…not !), reinforced G-Mdon´tremembertherest and took the system. For us, ROL, it seemed that thing would be very bad in no time. Then they reinforced the second system and, when the final timer came out….nothing hapenned !!!! No, really, we had a defense cta, but no fight happened at all. The second system is under atack, but far from being taken, while the first system took just stay n their hand, but taht´s all. We keep ratting, just with more eyes on intel channel, small skirmishs happens every day, but no BIG fights are happening. Testies/PL/Trbal are just that asshole neighbor, that bothers you from time to time, but you manage to live with.
I honestly can´t understand. PL alone have enough firepower to devastate all ROL and AAA systems easily. But they just stopped. We did not outmanouver then, or did anything that justify that. It just seems that they lost the will of fight, or as they can´t organize, i really don´t know.
My own corp cancelled the evac non-pvp assets order. Right now, we have pvp assets focused in AZN. Other then that, sure, we´re ready to pack up and jump to stain, just in case. But it´s not like there is panic among the pilots.
Go figure.

So Lee Chanka took 51 guys on a roam to k-6. TEST fc convo's him and says, "we want a fight so could you please move your fleet off the optimal of the gate and we'll fight". Lee does of course and TEST brings a 110 man fleet in, now we're ready for a fight. Instead, they dodge around until a 60 man Init. gang came to join the fight. TEST tried playing it off in local saying, "we didn't know they were coming" but whatever at this point. 160+ v 51 isn't a good fight no matter what alliance/corp you claim to be. Did we whelp? no..Did we run? yes..Was it fun for either side? Not really..

HBC has been recalled to the North. GSF can no longer out number the DOTBRO's 5:1, and are grinding to a halt. In fact id even wager going into reverse. But who do they fight with….GSF is the obvious answer, but PL has a history with NC. and HBC + NC. were allies in the brief war in the east.
Would be crazy if HBC started sniping weaker GSF pets in the North West while DOTBROS. pushed back in the east.

I really don't know why people are making such a big deal about this. I think many of us who've been in 0.0 for a long time have been on that end of things at some point. Despite being part of the HBC, I agree with their position. I see this as just being precautionary on -A-'s part and it makes sense.
If they believe their space is in imminent danger of invasion and they know they can't defend it, is it not prudent to move all non-essential assets to NPC / Empire space? They think they'll be losing their space, so there's no point in keeping anything but the bare essential PvP assets in Catch while moving their money-making ships and other belongings out to keep them safe.
I may have a lot of serious issues with -A-'s leadership, FCs, their general practices and treatment of their allies and pets, but I think this is a smart move on their part and is in the best interest of the grunts and regular line-members. I won't fault them or laugh at them for it. If I were in -A-'s position, I'd would have already evac'ed my non-essential assets weeks ago.

Not sure if this is news to -A- or not (they probably already know) but PL (and to a lesser extent BL) are flying about in Derelik near the Camal system, which is in jump range of most of Catch and a good portion of Immensea. Obviously they aren't working together, just thought people should know.

Say what you will, but -A-'s ability to place the proper emphasis on sov ownership has served it well over the years.
To -A-, sov is simply a tool to be used when times allow it. Other less flexible alliances have quickly cascaded when sov was lost. Even once mighty alliances, in the pursuit of sov at any cost have sadly ended up as the gutter sluts of Delve, prostrate to test, all for a few constellations.
without an irrational attachment to sov, -A- has the unique ability to say fuck off to just about anyone in EvE. It's a freedom that simply doesn't exist within groups the CFC (north or south). They are bound to sov and thus bound to the indentured servitude of Mittens.
The goons arent even in the south the are fighting NC. along with the rest of the CFC

Funny fact, AAA don't tell their allies or even all their corps. Yes AAA are fucking us over and yes we knew it was coming lol we are not stupid. What AAA do not know is, when they decide to come back, all us allies will be gone and we can have long memories like the russians can.
Stain will not be the "Easy Button" option for AAA like it has all the other times they've managed to alienate all their former allies.
