That killreport has all cfc losses included as their kills as well. It does support my argument earlier though that 31 billion was killed by dotbros and 17 billion or so was lost by dotbros because the losses is all cfc + about 2.8 billion in nulli deaths.

Maybe closer to 80km. I wouldn't trust large arty tracking at 30 that's for sure. I haven't done a heap of large fleets but I've done a lot of small gang, solo and smaller fleets and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be hitting crap with arty at 30 unless it was sitting still or flying directly away. You can do good damage to really small ships with autos at 25 or more as long as you're keeping at range and cutting the transversal.

I'm surprised that goons haven't used more short range gunboats, although I guess ncdot would switch over to nagas if that was the case.

And yes, you need to control transversal a bit but anyone who's done much pvp at all knows that.
