Here is a decent Battle Report for H-W9TY like the ones you will never find in riffraff outlets.
The DOT Brothers called for a Coalition wide CTA to counter the last timer in the H-W9TY solar system. Anyone reading this will probably know the importance of the H-W9TY system as it is pretty the heart of the Tribute region, the whole region can be accessed via jump-drives from it and the jump-drive proximity to low-sec Caldari space are quite valuable.
Battle Report: H-W9TY Speedway Sov Squad – In Color! + Hitler gets word.
The DOT Brothers formed three fleets: An AHAC fleet FC’d by SuperTwinkey69, a Naga Fleet FC’d by Elo Knight and a Bomber fleet led by Quesa. DekCo’s GoonSwarm Federation brought in an AlphaMaelstrom fleet, a Rokh fleet and a Drake fleet. A sizable super-capital ship was put in stand-by the DekCo in the nearby UMI-KK solar system. Despite being in a non-prime time zone, the DekCo held the upper hand in the numbers game.
The stakes were high for both sides, the DOT Brothers wanting to slowdown the grind and the DekCo was urged to score a big win specially in wake of the disaster Tuesday CSAA OP.
Having set up in the system before their enemies, the DOT Bros gained the tactical advantage. The jump order was given and the AlphaFleet began pouring in, the DOT Bros warped to the cyno at ranges and each of the fleets started calling their own primaries. Needless to say the DekCo fleet was systematically taken down by calling primaries on Huggins and Scimitars first, focusing then on the Drake and Maelstrom DPS backbone. All this as TiDi hit 10% with a +1000 pilot local.
Meanwhile a cyno went up in the H-W9TY station grid, the Deklein Coalition jumped several dozens of super-carriers and Slow-Cat carriers on the station grid and started grinding down the station. Simultaneously a DOT Bros was called to grind the SBU before the DekCo super-capital fleet could take down the station. Having finished up the sub-capital fleet, the sub-capital fleet joined the dread while Quesa’s fleet harassed the fighters/bombers of the DekCo supers with a few bombing runs on the station grid.
The DOT Brothers managed to finish the SBUs faster than the DekCo’s supers which prompted the station to enter in an invulnerable state and the order to withdraw from the system was given. Here is the battle-sheet for this engagement:
After the failed attempt on the H-W9TY station, the DekCo did managed to get one system; PNDN-V.
