What this might entice for null-sec politics? Hard to say, but they got the numbers and with Pandemic Legion backing the know-how to be one the biggest power player in Eve Online.

The only thing test have more than solar is members. Because, to whoever did the math: SOLAR fleet and SOLAR citizens are the same spaceholder. Which equates to exactly 360 systems and 122 outposts at the time im writing.
Thats a lot more with a lot less members! So.. in my ranking, SOLAR get #1.

At most, what i would believe is that test paid/is paying SOLAR to keep them out of the conflict from -A-'s side. Because that is how much it would take for Test to give in on the delve/querious conflict.
Tribal with a few tests and pandemics have been opening another front in Paragon soul because test cant break into catch. That says enough about the possibility of Solar joining on -a-'s side.
edit: also, regardless if they were pets or not.. the fact that they are still bigger spaceholders than test remains valid.
