The Jagged Alliance and TEST have come to an unresolved dispute regarding space, they have until Saturday to evacuate from HBC space – barring exceptional diplomatic action. I suggest all HBC alliances set them +2.5 for now.

I’ve been really patient with them but they have some sort of attachment to sov. I offered them some space, plans changed and we offered them space with less stations but with more neo, this wasn’t acceptable for them.
I have tried to get through their head that sov doesn’t really matter but they were not getting it. They were trying to get a second constellation when they haven’t even gotten the sov transferred for the first. We could have done better by being more motivated as this stuff has gone on for three weeks but that’s the way of the game.
We’ll see how things pan out with TJA, we have been told from credible sources (a rarity in TEST) than TEST might take a second look at their blues list and perform a little shake up. We’ll keep an eye on it.
We approached Montolio for an official comment:
The Jagged Alliance pilots were in general good to interact with and entirely competent. The leadership did not seem to understand the concept of space communism, which is the policy of shared ratting space across the coalition. It was always my intention to give them a specific constellation. Unfortunately due to issues with english/foreign languages it was miscommunicated that they might be getting a different area.

My thought exactly. Let them take some space and move their stuff in, then evict them thus forcing line members to decide to remain loyal to their alliance and move, or change sides to keep access to space and avoid moving their shit again.

What's this rumor about TEST allowing supers to be sold to other "non blue" entities? A Goon I know said there was a broadcast that because of TEST's decision, that no CFC supers are allowed to be sold to any HBC members. Are the Goons pissed because their little pet is not conforming to what his Master wants? What would PL do if Goons and TEST reset each other?
On closing, it appears that Montolio has royally pissed off a lot of high command types in TEST, including Dreddit. If Dreddit leaves TEST, could test survive without them? Buddha, care to comment?
This is simple from PL's standpoint. If Goons reset Test, then PL will side with Goons. Fuck test, most in PL can't stand them anyway. Sure, they provide us the meatshield we need, but so could the CFC with a lot better pilots.
If Montolio does put up Fountain for rent as some are suggesting in Test leadership, don't put it past PL to take all of Fountain….again. AAA would roast Test in Delve and Querious in a matter of a few weeks without PL to direct them. Plus, who say's we wouldn't be hitting them from ZXB if they do get reset by Goons?
Test leadership better pull their heads out of their asses and get this bullshit resolved quick, otherwise they will be back in Empire before they even know WTF is going on. Trust me, you don't want Shadoo on your bad side, just ask Maka.

not going to lie, space communism is actually a great idea. it makes everyone feel valued and less likely to leave their side or become unsatisfied with the coalition in general. this way pets don't really feel like pets. they feel like actual equal members.

LI3 proved that they didn't understand how SOV mechanics worked and still wanted an entire constellation.

I fail to understand the relevance of stating anything about Li3 in this, nor why they are being scoffed at for wanting a piece of space of their own. To state a lack of understanding how sov mechanics work is a broad statement that is not true in its original form. The reference to a lack of understanding of sov refers to Li3 being somewhat new to some specific aspects of what it can take to take sov under certain conditions. Holding sov is another matter all together which they can handle just fine. Much of the issue has been discussed already which is funny to see why the blanket statement is no longer valid. Li3 are NOT in the same boat as TJA as Li3 were wishing to take space less strategic in order to better serve the coalition by growing its numbers successfully. While certain space is always preferred, in the end it's down to negotiating and seeing things from each other's point of view…a mutal give and take. Perhaps this was not done in this case and the reason toys were being thrown from the pram?

The director responsible for the comments which caused this rift has been fired, The Jagged Alliance will stay in the HBC and be evaluated for the next two weeks. If they want to leave or we want them to leave at the end of those two weeks they will be given as much time as they need to evacuate to NPC space.

Meh. The fact that TJA is sov hungry does not surprise me, for a simple reason. Krall Amarr aka A PUPPETMASTER (The Baron for his Italian friends) has been part of the Test train for a few months already, in TJA, now in Tribal as well (he was in 99% previously, but they kicked him). He's got corps in TJA (he's got a char in the TJA holding corp as well) and Tribal Band, fueled by botting. Therefore it does not surprise me that he needs space for his bots. Although, if TJA gets the boot, he'll be moving his corp to Tribe probably (if he didn't already, since Tribe has more space).
Of course when he left from 99% he took his retirement bonus, like he always does (he pilfered the wallet)

its simple really test feel they are becoming more than a rifter swarm alliance and since they secured big time allies that always looked down on them (reiden+pl+init) they decided to come up with some sort of excuse to ditch allies like jagged alliance who's rubbish quality resembled TEST's own quality some time ago (and probably still), very goonlike indeed, i wonder how many years will pass before their new allies train all those noob pilots which will cause them to show a whole new kind of boldness and have sov wars with goons (no doubt saying that their new allies forced them to) i wonder if they are actually planning it yet
