Chiclets shaped PS3 to come with $30 DUST 514 Voucher.

Tom’s Hardaware reports:

Though the gaming world is already looking forward to the next generation of consoles, Sony isn’t quite finished with the PS3 just yet. This week, at the Tokyo Game Show, Sony unveiled a brand new version of the PS3. This model will come in two different capacities, either 250GB or 500GB, and features a streamlined design that’s 20 percent smaller and 25 percent lighter than the current PS3.

As far as availability is concerned, Sony said the 250GB PS3 will be available on September 25 for $269.99 as part of a bundle that will contain Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception: Game of the Year Edition and a voucher for more than $30 worth of bonus digital content for DUST 514.

It is left to see how those $30 bucks manage to captivate buyers for CCP Games behalf, but this will no doubt bring a new influx of players into DUST 514.

    The $30 bonus content is actually worth MORE then $30! It has a couple special items that cant be bought! i know it has a 7 day booster/woopti-do! Dust already has a 7 day cap on skill points! Once you reach the limit for the week, it goes to nothing per match! It also includes some weapons/drop suit and some AUR. I think 2000aur. Also there is some type of PERMANENT vehicle! I have been playing for a year now. A friend gave me his $30 voucher and i'm waiting until release to load it. many have said you wont be able to use the $30 part of the voucher until the official release!
