My prowler aligns faster than my vagabond, especially if nano fit. And it does 3.5km/s OH, so mwd-cloak and you should be safe.

But still, with that kind of cargo i'd use another ship, or scouts, or both.

1) Covert haulers align into warp within seconds. They sacrifice cargo capacity for agility.

2) Killmails show what was in the GSC's. So the overseers effects were in fact inside the GSC's.

3) He probably had a scout, but a cloaky loki could have stayed cloaked until the scout had passed and hit the hauler.

Heh to be honest this is a hauler even if the dude managed to align and cloak before the loki locked on it would take so long for this guy to warp the loki would de-cloak him before he could warp off. Biggest issue I see here though is he has Giant secure containers in his hull but didn't decide to put the 19th overseers in em and the fact with that kinda haul you could pay ppl to scout you if no one would volunteer.

These guys have been camping that gate for years. Usually they have a drone cloud set up on either side of the gate as well to catch cloakies.
