Descriptors are subjective, which is a large part of what it means to appreciate art. Some people think the Mona Lisa is a fantastic painting for various reasons, other people see a fairly plain almost unattractive women.

Understand that I am not comparing this video to the Mona Lisa, but instead explaining one of the reasons that make works of art so compelling.

What? Whatever the doctrine you fly it has to be effective against the opposition kiting tengus who like to fight at 100k+ with high ehp and a ridiculously low sig! Navy apoc has great ehp with really good tracking so you mitigate that range issue that many other fleet concepts have failed to break.

The fact that we didn't don't get fights is kind-of the point. We use foxcats as a counter to a very specific fleet setup fielded by Against All Authorities. It used to be their ace in the hole for getting around tracking dreads but now they need to think of a more effective way of fighting or they're going to make absolutely no progress in their offensive war.
