lol, I love how your post gives skilled combat pilots credit, but at the same time try to explain why they're not skilled and should not be credited.
To me it seems that these unnamed pvpers you are talking about is having a hell of a lot of fun. This is an objective that is always the core of a video-game, but in eve, and especially in sov-warfare, this is often forgotten when looking at a group of pilots. And I think your post demonstrates that quite well. Like null-sec sov is the be-all end-all. I'm sure some people would tell you to go grind a POS while they go out and have fun in low sec. Who wins then?

I continue to respect NC. fleet capabilities every time we come across a close fight, or even on the occasion we are beaten.

1 system a month just means the opponent is worthwhile. Not every alliance failcascades like White Noise.

Alliances who live in NPC space are generally a lot tougher and smarter than the 'Elite-PVP' alliances we've been pushing out of sovereignty. They're the ones who drop a bombersquad on rating carriers, getting amazing killmails.

We welcome that. Keeps us on our toes, unlike the "Goons r evul, purge teh heretics!" that every red alliance's propaganda team heaves up like so much week-old chinese food.
