BREAKING: Battle for UMI-KK’s First Station Timer

A large scale battle is raging at this moment as the final station timer for the UMI-KK solar system in the Tribute region. NCDOT controls the solar system which is being attacked by the Deklein Coalition.

So far we got reports of massive Tengu fleets and Drake fleets being deployed by the DekCo which are being countered by DOT bros AHAC formations plus some Bombing runs being performed by none other than Old Hroft.

At this moment local is @ +900, a killmail summary can be found here.

- The bl0b has been summoned, local is now over 1110.
- A DekCo fleet Drake fleet has been bombed, no sweat most pilots already reshipped.

- 80+ Legion of xXDEATHXx AHACs were sighted en route to the Solar System.
- No capitals on the field.
- Local at 1300 and slowly rising.

– xXDEATHXx seems to have made it to the fight with a ton of fleet stabber issues.
– Goons taking heavy BC loses due to bombers and T3 snipe fleets
– Both Tech3 fleets taking a few losses but nothing significant
– DOTBrothers taking pretty significant zealot and logi loses.

    What the hell is happening?! The Goons are being beaten in every battle, but they are taking NC. space!
    Why is NC. begging everybody for help when they are clearly winning?
    Did anyone petition CCP about this? Clearly some game mechanic is broken if CFC is getting curb stomped and still is able to just take away all of NC. tech and stations! It's got to be something simple that we are not understanding about how the game works.
    Wait, how can Goons have 13951 kills and only 5892 losses (including all of the starter ship brawls and death cloning) when they haven't won a single engagement against NC. and friends?

    Wait a minute…..yeah, I just figured it out. Somebody's been tellin porkie pies.

    I've read all of the comments on this thread and would like to make one observation.
    To those who feel that "blobbing" is wrong, please find another game.
    This is not wow. It's not quake II. It's not a boxing match, a foot race, or the pony rides at the flea market.
    This is a game about individual and corporate level competition. Survival of the fittest.
    Now, human ancesters stood up and walked away from trying have the strongest muscles and longest fangs millions of years ago. They chose instead to become smarter and minimize risk by COOPERATING with as many allies as possible in order to assure their ultimate survival. This has, for the first time in earths long history, placed the weakest member (pound for pound) of the primate world at very top of the food chain.
    You get that? Weaker as individuals, but smart enough to divide the risk and the labor. Smart enough to produce so many offspring that no other species could challenge them without risking complete annihilation. If you are a member of PETA, or a vegan, I will excuse you from class now. You are too stupid to train.
    For the rest of you, this is why the goons are beating you. They are the top of the food chain, for now.
    Reflect on your survival strategy and change it accordingly.

          What goons are doing might as well be Hello Kitty by being one blue blob that stretches halfway across the map so that their carebears can rat in peace. We don't want that we just want pvp so this is the perfect game for us. I am sure goons would enjoy Hello Kitty though

            Sorry, your tears are distracting me from your declarations. Did you just say that you want PVP after complaining about the Goons providing it for you?
            That makes no sense at all.
            They are working very hard every day to give you what you need. Sometimes in your butt, sometimes your face, but always because they want to please you.
            You say you like PVP.
            I imagine that you would say you only care about the Gud Fites.
            But the fact that you come into this thread to complain about the "blob" betrays the fact that you actually care about the nonstop butt pounding you are getting from Goons.
            If you really love PVP, stop complaining, you are getting it hard and fast.
            If, on the other hand, you have hurt feelings because Goons are pulling your hair and smacking your ass a little, keep crying.

            Not complaining just explaining why some people don't do what Goons do and countering his "Then may I recommend "Hello Kitty's Island Adventure"? " We are enjoying the pvp and constant raping of goon fleets and wouldn't have it any other way. The original post was basically saying that the only way to play Eve is to blue up everybody like goons and blob so I simply stated that some of us don't want that.

            Wrong. The original post was saying if you want to beat the goons, you will have to compete.
            Your current reliance on small numbers of superduper L33t skilled god pilots cannot beat the hord.
            If you just want fights and don't mind dying, then carry on. Enjoy!
            But if you actually want to defeat the Goons, you are going to have to engage in old fashioned darwinism.

    Would this be the same null sec I flew from c3n to high sec and other than k6 and 319 saw only two other guys? An empire without a population isn't an empire.

    With moon mining, you dont need population – your automated mining facility will just continue to crap moon good if a cargo ship drops by with supplies every so often.
