One unintended consequence of Fweddit and Wolfsbrigade/Lost Obsession leaving FW is the poor state in which the factional warfare new comer Agony Empire has been left in the Kamela staging system.
Agony Empire has traditionally being a NPC null-sec alliance and the different FW culture produced some chaos during their first weeks in. It was not usual to hear questions (even from FCs) on how the gates and complexes worked. This agravated when less than 24 hours after the Fweddit bail, the Minmatar Militia forces took the Kamela fortress and effectively neutralized Agony Empire by locking their parked capital fleet and assets inside the captured station.
Role players wasted no time in claiming victory:
Elements of the Tribal Liberation Force performed ably over a several-day marathon of an operation, securing both Kourmonen and Kamela. The named systems were staging areas of the 24th Crusade, and the fall of both will no doubt disrupt the operations of many capsuleers flying under the Empire’s banner.
It was a pleasure serving alongside TLF pilots during this campaign. Their fighting spirit, organization, and leadership held firm throughout.
One of the most notable contributions, however, came from Wolfsbrigade and the Last Obsession alliance. Once having served the 24th Crusade, these former State Protectorate militants cast off their colors just as the Kamela operation was reaching its height. Not only did they rescind their allegiance, Wolfsbrigade turned upon their former comrades and camped them in-station, helping to ensure TLF space superiority in the surrounding systems. Truly, their efforts in enabling a Republic victory will not be forgotten.
Finally, I must offer my respects to the Agony Unleashed pilots. It is rare for an organization to enter a lost battle on the losing side. It is even more rare for such an organization to fight with dogged tenacity and skill despite the odds. One would imagine that your assymetrical tactics would have been more effective had Wolfsbrigade not so obstinately camped the station undock. I doubt that I am alone in saying that I look forward to meeting you on the battlefield again.
Susan Black a.k.a. GamerChick42 frapsed part of one of the engagements:
This doesn’t mean the fight is over for Agony Empire with their proverbial ships already burned up, expect a good couple of fights and maybe a “Cinderella Man” story for the Amarr Militia.

Dear Video Maker,
Please group your guns.
look closer, they were grouped, 1 stack of missile launcher, two stacks of autocannons.
Or do you think his cane only has 3 highslots?
Retard!
Dude you're dumb. Pay attention to the comments. This scrub had a group of 425s and 220s which he couldn't group because he's dumb and think that is a good fit.
Your a fuking idiot.
Susan is a chick and she wouldn't fit differnt sized guns we would kill her ourselfs.
Kapow is the best corp in Minnie and the don't fuck around wen it comes to that shit.
The combat messages say 220's and 425's.
KPP only shines when it comes to blowing up other minnies
When you know you have to fight lots of shield tanked ships and want to hit into EM and Thermal resistance holes then mixing EMP with Phased Plasma does just that.
Same with armor tanked ships, where you can use Fusion and Depleted Uranium to hit into Thermal, Kinetic and Explosive resistance holes.
The ranges are somewhat similar and the different tracking of the guns+ammo is not much of an issue, because the pilot is using dual webs.
In faction warfare is it often the same types of ships one has to shoot, so it can make sense and is not dumb.
Except that in the video BOTH sets of guns are loaded with emp…retarded fit is retarded and LNA if famous for the failfits.
It did not look this way to me, but I am just saying that there are reason why some do this. You only did not seem to know, which is why I am telling you here.
Yea you don't need different sized guns to load different ammo types. Never go full retard bro
Projectile ammo comes with different tracking and range bonuses and using different guns can compensate for it. So, yes, it can make sense.
no, no not really. Dual webs brah
Yes, really. Why do you stupid F1-pushers insist so much on the fit being fail? The pilot also sat there with 0 speed! Can you only bitch about one thing, eh?
Using Depleted Uranium never makes sense.
Please show me how to group 220mm's and 425mm's.
Your using different size guns on a cane? really?
Susan fits every ship like shes going to be primary in every fight. Such is the level of her imagined self importance.
Have you never seen anyone using 220's with EMP M and 425's with Phased Plasma M together?
lol, that's some retarded shit.
Lol should of just let people think you had your guns ungrouped. Making FW look like a bunch of scrubs
4 different "enemy" logi were taking damage, no one was focusing…You ….still…..look….like….scrubs
Sorry to burst your bubble
My god…
i don´t even…what in…srsly?
lol is this real ?XD
Our capital fleet is locked up in kamela? When did we start regularly resort to using capitals in fights?
Good fights were had on both sides. Most of our guys haven't fought in lowsec, even fewer of us have done FW. There will be a learning curve as both sides adapt to each other's tactics.
As far as that fight went, the decision was made to engage knowing full well that they knew our fleet comp, had a bit more than twice our numbers, and had time to prepare. We also knew that a former agony familiar with our tactics was in the hostile fleet. I'd say we had a good fight and were beaten fairly. We'll reship and go at it again.
I hear 2:1 odds are newsworthy, when the 2 wins.
Also i know the FATE guys. They were camping out of boredom as we trolled local.
To be fair the main fight happened inside the plex and the numbers werent that far off. If they hadn't welped that Oneiros on warp in and their falcon had entered instead of being caught out on the gate. It was a very good fight by Agony.
There's no need to refer to Wolfsbrigade and Lost Obsession as seperate entities, considering Wolfsbrigade is Lost Obsession.
Corp name, Alliance name.
Yeah, our entry into FW could have been more smooth. And different from the article, FW had actually gone 'live' on Sunday during down time, so it wasn't 'weeks in' or even 'days in'.
Our decision process of going into FW was started some weeks ago and it was a complex one. Gone were familiar mechanics like bubbles, suddenly we get tons of messages when we decide to shoot stuff, we have an ROE that in good nature ties one hand behind our backs in low sec, and then there's all this FW malarkey. Since we were looking for a target rich environment, it didn't make sense to join a winning side, but I don't think that any of us could have expected how badly the Amarr militia collapsed between the decision to go for it and start moving (a week ago), and the actual going live of FW.
So here we are: fresh faced, wide eyed, but also outnumbered, outgunned, outfinanced, out-smack-talked (we don't smack in local like the fine gentlemen we are), with plenty of targets but without any real allies to call on. Most of our fights have so far been fighting outnumbered 2:1 in unfamiliar environment ('doh, aligning down gate would have been smart'). Add to that that some ex-Agonites are providing our opponents with valuable intel (like all Gallente jammers on that Falcon to deal with our TWEED setup) and having the station undock camped by near insta-locking high alpha armor setups with a carrier as logistic support, and you can see it is a bit of a rough start.
The next weeks we'll see how we adept to the situation. We're happy with having the targets close by and so willing to fight and can sure roll with some punches, but we don't have the deep pockets nor numbers the Minmatar have, and there's only so many red pages on the killboard that can be considered "good fights". And that's what we're here for. No hurf blurf over making tons of ISK or crushing the Minmatar, but just good old fashioned PVP fun. It'll also be interesting to see how the Minmatar move on from here. Their campaign to conquer all of Amarr systems and crush the Amarr militia is obviously a great success, but perhaps also at a great cost to themselves.
Good luck with your endeavors, this might sound cheesy, but the "Amarr Republic Needs You"…. literally
Amarr Republic? I think you mean "Empire" good sir.
ohh snap! haha!
+1
Good luck to you guys. You know you can just drop FW for a day, move your stuff out if the camp is gone and then rejoin right?
While you consider your next step, why not join Gallente instead? also a target rich environment, a much more balanced warzone, and free (so far) of the stupid drama that permeated the Amarr.
You don't know agony empire at all then they pride themselves on being out man and out gun but still most of the time come out on top we miss them as sparing buddies in syndicate
After we capture everything we are willing to negotiate a place for amarr to base.
Little comment on 'valuable intel'.
We got all intel we need form the first engagement with agony (eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=14379087). Having non galente jammers fighting fleet consisting with only gal ships is kind of stupid. And we knew about tweed stuff and how to counter it long before agony joined amarr. Partialy because we use kind of 'tweed' fleet ourselfs…
About susans cane fit.
We asked for a specific bc setup for this fight, we got like 10 properly fitted bcs and rest in randomly fitted stuff of all kind. Even had couple drakes and naga… See nothing wrong mixing 425 and 220 if you have extra pg. Med neuts and full set of 220 would be better choice, but whatever.
Emp ammo – we knew that agony will use explosive hardeners, so emp is the lowest resist when hardeners are on (latenightalliance.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=14379051).From killmails of first engagement we knew that em rig is kind of optional and some ppl do trimarks instead.
In retospect – it probably wasn't best call to load EM, but anyway resist line for deimos and oneiros is really uniform so it doens't matter.
About intel – agony primaried our fc from the beginning. Wounder if it's just luck, but it kind of hmm…
Damn.. the slaves took Kamela, eh? I need to fix my gameing rig and log back ons… .
FIGL Loves you and hopes you come back to play with real PvP'ers soon (We are sorry about the bluefest currently pemeating syndicate). Have fun on you vacation. We look forward to bullete shoting ineternet spaecchiup bettle soon.
that fit….my eyes….
Thank you for actual eve news
Who are those idiots in minie militia that cant follow simple rule:
primary = shoot first
secondary = shoot AFTER primary is dead
Slaves are slaves, 4ever….
2 different gun type = fail
not following primaries = fail
Loosing all your space to people that dont do this = OMG WTF Fail
You know what the best part of this blobfight video was? When the purple pixels were shooting the orange pixels. AWESOMENESS!!! And did you see when those orange pixels blew up some of those purple pixels!? EPIC!!! Man, my heart was really beating when some of those other purple pixels got together and blew by those other purple pixels to sweep in and blow up some of those orange pixels – NO WAY I could ever do that!
These pixel blobfights are soooooo awesome. Never seen anything like them.
YAWN.
I don't always inturupt FC's but when I do… I get them to stop shooting logi and help us win the fight (silly, but I'm proud of myself lol). I'm certain listening to them go back and forth primary'ing two oneiros was driving more than just me insane. The FC's did a good job in my opinion though, very calm and collected which is good. Agony unleashed has some big balls for taking this fight. After the fight on the Minmatar coms it was brought up that at least one oneiros was caught and killed at the gate into the plex, we thought this may have changed the course of the battle quite a bit. Regardless, I hope that Agony Unleashed can really pull together, without a propper adversary to fight against you will see in fighting take over the Minmatar militia.
