Saturday night was fight night in the region of Black Rise
So the story goes along the lines of this. A Relatively small alliance by the name of “Stealth Wear Inc” had the wonderful idea (or a silly one) of building a PoCo empire. And so they moved to Prism in Black Rise to do it. But the local alliance of “R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N” was not to happy about this. Even more so when ”Stealth Wear Inc” had the cheek to go and steal one of “R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N’s” Customs Offices in the system of Ikoskio. So a few nights ago. “R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N” put up a fleet and then went to town and reinforced all 11 PoCo’s in the system. ”Stealth Wear Inc” could do nothing about them at that time. They was just left to watch and rub their hands with glee at the idea of a fight. So the word was put out to get the timers of the PoCo’s set for a good time for ”Stealth Wear Inc“. But the nice neighbours of ”NightSong Directorate” also wanted to get in on the action. ”Stealth Wear Inc” knowing that they could not handle might of “R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N” and it’s friends of the “Caldari State”/”Kraken.”/”Templis Dragonaors”/”The Bloody Ronin Syndicate” and more, enlisted the troops of the ”NightSong Directorate“. MasterNerdGuy was tasked with the job of building a plan and a fleet to deal with the threat. Plus, He was not to happy himself as ”R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N” had also attacked a ”NightSong Directorate” PoCo in Ikoskio.
Fast forward to Saturday night. Intel reports that ”R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N” had formed up a fleet and was sitting on their titan ready to bridge. It was just a matter of time. “Stealth Wear Inc” and ”NightSong Directorate” had no choice but to get on with the job of repping up the PoCo’s. They knew that if they did not go and rep them PoCo’s. They would lose them all. The only good thing was that all timers for the PoCo’s was set to come out reinforce at about the same time. So it was a case rep them all or lose them all. The ”Stealth Wear Inc” and ”NightSong Directorate” fleet jumped into Ikoskio and began the job of repping. The first two PoCo’s was repped up with out any hindrance. But then as the fleet was in the middle of repping the third PoCo. The enemy fleet bridged in and the fight began. Unlucky for the ”Stealth Wear Inc” and ”NightSong Directorate” fleet. The ”R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N”+Friends had cyno’ed right on top of the logi. And they made very quick work of them. The ”Stealth Wear Inc” and ”NightSong Directorate” logi was absolutely desermated. Ships were exploding fast. But then the call was made by MasterNerdGuy to commit the capital ships. A Second cyno was lit and in jumps few carrier and dreads. You can watch the video below to see how that went. The result was that a good fight was had. Local spiked up to about 120 ish. Capital ships was used (none died – some will be sad at that). ”Stealth Wear Inc” and ”NightSong Directorate” held the field. But they was out of logis. Somebody did not pass out the memo that said that you should have more than one logi ship in your hanger. So now the ”Stealth Wear Inc” and ”NightSong Directorate” had no shield logis to rep the rest of the PoCo’s. ”Stealth Wear Inc” and ”NightSong Directorate” pulled back to a friendly POS and waited to see if “R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N”+Friends would come back. And they did. They managed to destroy 3 PoCo’s as the “Stealth Wear Inc” and ”NightSong Directorate” could only sit back and watch. But they only got to replace 1 with their own. The smart (or some would say sneaky) thinking of “Nik Domar” from ”Stealth Wear Inc” pulled the “Yoink” (also known as Ninja) manoeuvre and replaced 2 of the PoCo’s by hiding cloaked off grid from the ”R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N”+Friends fleet at the planets in a Prorator and just replaced the PoCo’s as the old ones was destroyed. Seeing that they could not out smart the thinking of ”Stealth Wear Inc” and ”NightSong Directorate“. ”R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N”+Friends waved goodbye in local and headed home. That may also have been due to a batphone in use and the Gallente Federation moving up in the area.

Whoever took the video, thanks for the video, but PLEASE use your point and web properly! So many things you could've webbed or pointed and just didn't. I don't think it cost you any kills, but when fighters are on something, web whatever that something is and just watch as it gets alpha'd.

Reminds me of older wars where enemies lined up and just shot each other reloaded and shot again. You know ships move right? Target calling/execution also sucked.

Good fight, I enjoyed watching it. Although many things could be done differently – more effecient, a fleet could at least orbit at someone. Not using webs and scrambs is a total mistake, there were lots of targets in range….everything else looks fun
