Nulli Secunda lost their space in Delve, and the remaining in period basis is just a matter of time.
Since then, they have moved to Otosela in the north, and looking at a map thats a pretty sweet location for lots of things. The plan is to join Amarr Faction Warfare and make a lot of isk off that in some way, or atleast try to.
For now the alliance corps needs to raise their standings though, for the alliance to be able to even get into Faction warfare. A lot of us remember how Origin. tried to join Nulli Secunda, but that only lasted a week, allegedly because of terrible terrible nulli secunda forums. Which, yeah… we can all imagine. But Black Legion has been bros for a long time and now that Nulli Secunda has cut all ties to -A- and their sov in the south, there is nothing standing in their way of doing what ever they want with Black Legion and friends.
And so, the House of Starks is birthed into eve history. A Merry band of nothing to lose everything to gain bunch of alliances, living in a cross section of good fights with very engage-able entities.
Sunday Morning, 22-07-2012, Elo Knight and Jean Leaner engaged with Goonswarm, The CFC and DaBigRedBoat.
Jean Leaner was the Nulli Secunda FC in this, and he had this to say on Kugutsumen:
OK so We formed up waiting for our illustrious never wakes up for ops leader progodlegend to grace us with his presence and lead this op. He didnt show up and slept through it in the end, so I took the op over with Admiral Canaris Roshaak Commanding our Tracking Dread Armada. We moved late to system, got there just before tower got out, and camped DBRB’s ingate. Eventually boat decided to jump his fleet in, and started following him around in zealots as he failed to pull his fleet any further than 30 from us somehow(really, how did this happen?). A cyno opens and 9ish CFC carriers jump in, at this point we’re waiting to see if they triage or not, and continue to own drakes while our reps hold. The carriers never enter triage so I open our cyno and We drop our load of tracking dreads, All of the carriers on gate died within the first seige cycle, and then we started removing drakes at a highly accelerated rate. We eventually cleared the field having lost from our(the s2n) fleet a Rook, a dictor, and a zealot. We landed on the tower with it at 47% shield and 6 or so carriers well outside shields repping it, we killed 4 of the carriers and managed to stop the pos from becoming strontable again. Tower died, we went home. +1 tech blah blah hurf blurf. Good fight, I had a ball.
So, for now the House of Starks hold 1 tech, and rumor has it another 4-5 is reinforced.
In Boats and CFCs defence, it has to be said that Starks dropped capitals with Goonswarm still on their heels from finishing Delve and supers and most of their capital fleet probably not home and around in full numbers yet. Also the same reason nobody expects Starks to hold on to the Tech for to long. House of Stark also plans to participate as much as possible in fights happening in Germinate, being the third party in fights over there.
And theres not really much anyone can do to stop them.
And fuck that “Starks” is kind of a bad parallel when they have no isk, no sov and not that big numbers and no desire for power. But rather that Starks are awesome and so is this Nulli/Black Legion pact and that makes them, the Starks.
What will be interesting is, how is NCdot going to react. Everyone expects them to show up for this tech timer, but actually on the Starks side. They have and have had blue standings with Black Legion for a while and OTEC agreement has no clauses requiring them to defend or not get involved in Tech take overs. So a side for Nulli Secunda having NCdot set -10 atm. theres nothing standing in the way of them coming and supporting the Starks. To my recollection, theres no bad blood between Nulli and NCdot. So there, thats an update for you on whats going on in EVE-Online.

No we're not, the only people right now who are fully moved are the ones that moved before the order to move was given with the location to move to.
This tower was hit a day or so ago. This might help you in the future.
1) Dock up if you are in space.
2) Leave active ship. (You will see a Pod)
3) Open skill Que.
4) Push Pause
5) Click on your "Jump Clone" Option on your Character tab.
6) Select VFK
7) Select Jump.
8) Arrive at VFK
9) Restart training
8) Buy ship

If NCdot side with BL/Nulli, that would break OTEC. That could lead to some major fighting. It is, however, unlikely as it puts at risk their tech holdings. Simply doing nothing, however, would be the rational course of action for NCdot at this juncture. If it was closer to a true nerf of Tech, it would be more likely that something would come of this.
It's true that the agreement never included attacking CFC-Tech, however "the other side" of OTEC (NCdot, Ev0ke) are (or were, I don't know if that has changed, I don't see why considering CFC wasn't touching any tech after Raiden left) allowed to defend blue tech. (BL/Nulli in this case, IF they decide to blue up)

Vince isn't interest in risking his tech to help someone else get tech. They will stand on the sidelines just like they did in Delve, and like they will in pretty much any conflict that has to do with goons as long as tech is so valuable.
So fighting your own war is now standing on the sidelines ok.
Nulli is shit, they will fail and die, CFC will own them in a matter of days. I see us deploying there soon, especially if Nulli is planning on dropping capitals. Too bad FW doesn't get you capitals…cause you're going to go through them like you do air.

Obviously the CFC would cry foul at being counter dropped. They are simply incapable of doing anything without have 3x the subcap numbers and complete capital supremacy.
s2n/BL will never have numbers above 220 subcaps with 20-30 assorted dreads/carriers, on any timezones. I challenge the CFC to cap their fleets and optimize and use this opportunity to improve their skills. full subcap fleet of any composition and 30 dread/carriers. Nulli sure as fuck wont be using their 2 bridge titans and 12 ratting supers in pvp, so heres a good opportunity for actual good fights without a "supercap overshadow".
Otherwise, you'll get blue-balled, hard, again for dropping multiple fleets on a very obviously smaller enemy. They'll just go and disperse through lowsec and make some isk there. Drop the kitchen sink if someone starts SBU'ing VFK, but until then, lets have some actual gudfites.

Raiden suffered from major corporations leaving and a general slow bleed of members, plus they lost some of the best space in the game (truesec – tenal) and general venal/tenal/vale tech moons.
nulli? havent lost any corporations, have only lost a few of their carebears, and have got rid of sov expensive space.
in exchange they got some months fighting some of the most numerous (TEST) and best (PL) fleets, making them a very battle hardened alliance.

furthermore, prior, you knew where S2N was, where you could attack them and so on. now, they got no space you can threaten, and they can move around as they want, and at some point where they want space again (as they have said all the time that they want after they are done with FW) they can pretty much point to any area on the map and make a serious sov attack on it.
and frankly, the only two regions where i would say they would have NO chance of taking, are fountain and deklain. i'd put them on a good 20-% chance of taking tribute etc.
Sounds nice and all, but they have to dock up somewhere. They have to have a supply chain for an extended campaign in hostile space. And that is where they will be found, and broken.
There's not really any such thing as a supply chain for alliances basing out of empire. They can just shove everything into a station near an entry system and start hassling the locals whenever they feel like it.

In my experience they align to whoever they feel best for any given fight. Recently they SBU'd a friendly system. NCdot showed up. Nulli helped us defend it. Relations in eve are capricious at best.
Why not? Got nice guys in both alliances and the military style is similar for the most part. I just don't see Nulli liking drones, but give 'em Guristas or Angels and a good place to mine and I bet they'll be great neighbors both in war (keeping bad guys out) and peace (keeping your pvp'ers strong with their regular roams and fleet)
That is the biggest thing about both alliances, both make their space work for them.
