Against All Authorities has tried their best to present a threat to the Clusterfuck and OTEC these past few months; at each turn they have failed, yet they keep trying with more allies, and more reality-defying delusion. It is time for us to move against A and their wretched assemblage, rather than simply waiting for their next ‘deployment’ to our home. We have been provoked repeatedly by assaults on OTEC moons and cries of ‘God Forgives, A Does Not’ – I intend to demonstrate to this rabble the consequence of actually provoking us to true war.
You have three days to prepare. We – and ‘We’ means ‘Everyone’ – are going to Delve, and it will burn. No mercy, no respite, no ‘freeports’, just brutal conquest – conquest which will not stop until this threat to our bloc is extinguished. If that means that we must set all of Catch on fire to remind this ex-NC, ex-IT, ex-BoB excrement of their proper place in the universe, so be it.
You’ll need Alphafleet and Tengufleet. More details to come. Be ready – this will be bloc war, real bloc war. The entire southeast – or the southwest, should we fail – is at stake.

What I'm interested right now is which side will NCDOT/Ev0ke take – will they side with OTEC – severing any ties to the southerners, or side with AAA+other 1337 PVP buttbuddies and risk instantly losing their tech income. And – of course – who will the mighty IRC side with… couldn't do that with a straiight face… sorry.
Anyways – finally, a large conflict, been waiting for the second round from Raiden since Tenal.
To be honest they'll probably continue to hang around in geminate. NCdot only really cares about their tech and wouldn't want to risk it.
If ncdot and evoke decided to make a coalition with solar it could be the end of the cfc. But they won't. So the most likely thing is that all the big players in delve are already deploying.
