CCP has not listened to Incursion pilots feedback the past 2 month of the single greatest issue. The current problem is a wall of Override Tranfer Arrays which are not worthwhile without a super shiney fleet and the numbers just not there to form these fleets anymore. The rollback is not going to change the flooring imbalance in the Vanguards in the slightest IMHO.
wtf are you talking about, you dont need anything shiny to run an OTA, 6 t1 bs, a t3 webber/light gunner, 3 logi and your golden. Did it without issues. Its not the fastest thing in the world having to clear spawns now but it isnt that bad

the major imbalance before was that alot of 0.0 players had alts in empire to earn money in incursions .. which makes no sense that empire scrubs should be able chill in empire and farm incursions with serious payout vs low risk .. HTFU
But they are in Null/low as well and no empire scrubs is helping you with them so u mad cause empire folks are pve organized…geez:'(

Incursions were never easy for an AVERAGE player. Now they are almost impossible unless you got 150 guys in a fleet for six hours.
I don't know who is pleased by this. Maybe a few specialists were making a bit too much per hour, but why not limit the maximum ISK per player per month instead of just shitting in the punch bowl?
