      Yep, placed there due to a GM reimbursement gone wrong apparently. Not CCP trolling or trying to create headlines at all.
      In the end, a GM told him to get out of Jita so he departed. A shame, Goons were calling for everyone to leave local so they could get more Tornados in. I might dislike the Goons but this weekend has been great entertainment thus far!
