While some Delve residents / invaders took a deep breath of relief after the recently announced Delve NIP inked between the NULLI SECUNDA led D-FENCE and the Northern Coalition members Morsus Mihi and BricK sQuAD., not everyone got happy with the results, but the agreements seems to be deals most players from both factions might be able to “live with”, unless you happen to be a C0NVICTED [AIF[ member.
It appears that C0VICTED was used by DFENCE as the "sacrificial lamb" to seal the deal, as we previously reported a few minutes ago.
The following leaked aliance mail, sent by C0NVICTED leader Wusti shows a clear disconform with how things were handled, specially in an alliance which according to our advisors is in high failscade risk.

It is with regret that I have to inform you that it would appear that our newest set of blues have back flipped and NIPd MM and Brick.
As part of the deal, they have ceded our space in Delve to MM without contest, and so we are without any active support at all.
Despite the rolling fight this evening, this leaves us out on a limb, and therefore we will be ceasing Sov attacks in Delve for the immediate future.
It would appear that this has been cause by AAA calling up their allies against the “Red Menace”, and ordering a deal be made to settle Delve down – and so it has been done – with us as the casualties.
Coming so soon after cutting deals with us, this is pretty fucked up.
My own personal opinion is that following on from this, the swiftest route to retribution will be via assisting our friends in the North to free them up to head South again sooner rather than later.
More will be publicised on the Alliance forum over the coming days. So if you aren’t registered – get registered.

The faggotry of MM/Brick is undeniable. Have faith CONVICTED, contrary to what some would say, DC did not abandon you, but instead had to defend against the greater menace (DRF). You were the rear guard and were betrayed by the thunderdome residents. MM/Brick are being dealt with from the inside out. Their assets lost, their will broken, their destruction total.
Brick and MM had nothing to do with Convicted being kicked out you moron. Convicted made a deal with Nulli to give Nulli their space and then perhaps come back to Delve once Brick and MM had been cleared out (of NPC stations ?_?). AAA and their pets then made a deal with Brick and MM and pretty much kicked Convicted to the curb.
TBH the Convicted back against the wall we fight hard and never give up thing is getting rather tiresome. You guys had like 5 dudes helping to take Geminate, somehow ended up with space there and then cried and made a big deal when you got kicked out for inactivity. Now in Delve Convicted is a space unicorn, pretty much never to be seen, and for whatever reason they're still wondering why they're getting kicked out of their space. Isn't it obvious? Fighting hard and making never give up style posts and mails can only take you so far.

The problem with convicted is their timezone. having a Aussie tz back up say an EU or a USA TZ alliance thats strong can work well. But convicted were left alone, so by themselves ofc they suck. They seem to have lost very fast their only and frankly just looking on killboard stats best pvp corp, AAC. They then took in a very shit corp called void, i mean these dudes time was a long time ago, their inactive and not seen 7 on a single killmail so far.
The last decent pvp corp convicted has is Empirius Enigmus Navy and I bet they will leave also because they can't be the only decent pvp corp when theirs a view pretenders.
I would not blame wusti for the failures of his alliance but he does hold some responsibility. The fall of the NC, saw huge potential to improve his alliance by attacking a 2-4 really good corps but he failed to do so. He heled amazing space, 9 station and they would have attracted some really nice corps. He got AAC and then what nothing else. That was his biggest failure, thinking his AU timezone would save the day even tho the EU side with the majority of just 1 corp was more active that his entire AU.
Convicted is what chaos theory is to nulli is. A small pvp force thats helps a bit but they won't win the war for u. Convicted should have turned side and joined nulli or the AAA block. however you like to call them.

Mmm us aussies are used to being the underdogs and a little betrayal by NULLI and the loss of a few unwanted members is not going to cause us to "failcascade" when so many other events in our past have failed to acheive that. We will dust ourselves off and come back fighting strong before you know it, thats just how we roll in the land down under. Only lesson here is never ever trust NULLI, and as soon as they have what they want from Brick/MM they will stab them in the back as well, just wait and see.

I have nothing too terrible to say about Convicted as of a month or two ago. From a Nulli pilot's perspective they usually responded well when we roamed them in the old Thunderdome. However, lately they've been a complete no show. If you don't fight to defend space…don't expect others to hold it for you. Seems rather shabby to have completely no showed for the entire refugee campaign then whine at blues for supposedly having flipped on you.
That's just my personal opinion….I was not involved in any negotiations…I just never saw them in my sky. If there was some arrangement with Nulli, perhaps another can be made but still…show up or shut up.
PS…I fly with lots of Aussie pilots…nothing fail about them. Just this alliance apparently.

zomg not one single Convicted fought in any of the delve fights. It took them a week of their sov getting hit to decide to even fight. Wusti I always respected your fleets and what your guys brought against us but your wrong on this. You stalled, didn't fight, and were dropped because your alliance is dying. There is alot bigger things going on than making sure you and your band of slackers know about a deal that really doesn't mean shit.

Personally I think Wusti has a thing with -A- that comes from the days when he was in Huzzah , after -A- kicked them out of catch. It is a matter of principal for him to not be friends with -A-, unfortunately this has clouded his judgement, and will run his alliance into the ground.
