Black Nova Corp (BNC), still member of IT Alliance decided on their alliance meeting the closure of the corporation. Most of the active personal should move towards Raiden. alliance, that just occupied new space in Detorid (and has x13 and Finfleet within its ranks) and is working with Red Alliance and White Noise.

A corporation with long history, one of the founding member of the Band of Brothers alliance on 2005-07-08 at 18:29:00. One of the main reason is the lack of leadership activity due to various, mostly RL reasons. Current war situation made the decision easier as well.

Events overview:

BNC already transferred all their sovereignty systems to Tin Foil corporation, which is a IT holding corp.

If Molle can't even hold the old core of BOB together how the hell do they even have a chance?

Granted, Goons/Test and the dregs of the Northern Carebear Coalition they are dragging along aren't the most competent fighters in the world, but I would find it difficult if I were a grunt in IT right now to NOT be evac'ing my shit to Empire (while I still could) and committing only the bare minimum to fights…

In terms of morale this war is already lost before they even GET to Delve and NOL-M9.

I'd imagine at this point PL's strategy is related more to extracting as much as possible from Molle's wallet before quitting the field.

They have a chance if they bring fresh meat (i.e decent medium sized PVP corps, Delve and Querious renters {SAS}) into the alliance.

I'm not privy to their asset count or how much ISK they have but it has to be substantial enough that they're not going away that easy (at least not without a fight). Right now they need to make some serious changes, because that model is obviously not working. Like any other RL corporation, sometimes you need fresh perspective and enthusiastic people to come in and shake the tree.

To your point: I don't think IT is terminal … just the corp leadership who do not have the personality or ability to deal with a dictatorial leadership style.

I am sure if you also pray hard enough the chicken will lay gold eggs. Their number and moral is in an descending channel. At this point you can almost bet thief will be a deciding factor. Sure fresh meat might help with a transplant to delay the inevitable but so far no one has stepped up – Why? No one wants to talk responsibility for what they know will be the most likely scenario. Terminal.

Now this is an awesome opportunity for someone to take the reins and empty those accounts and assets!

I don't think Sir Molle is stupid enough to allow any access (including corp CEOs) to the IT alliance/corp holding wallet(s).

Unfortunately I don't share your pessimism or subscribe to the school of thought that IT will ultimately fail cascade. Maybe you are right and I'm wrong, but if I was Sir Molle, I would seize this opportunity to make changes. Drastic times calls for drastic measures. I, like many others, have ideas about how he could turn things around, but as long as he's not open-minded enough to accept the reality of the situation then it WILL be terminal as you pointed out.

          3. Deals are Big

This all assumes that Molle knows what must be done and has the will to do it, most indications thusfar seem to indicate otherwise else it would have already been done. Given the fallout over their losses in Fountain Molle had all the drastic times he needed to change how his alliance operated and he didn't take advantage of it.

I don't think everyone in IT is dumb but I do think that the membership has so little confidence in the current leaders and the leadership structure is so weighted against new people rising up and seizing the reigns that finding a way out will be difficult at best.

SAS has been made an IT ally 2 weeks ago (at least IT has the decency not to charge rent for space they can't defend).

morale is extremely low at the moment – most people seem to have left 0.0 and of those that stay many do not seem to be interested in pvp at all.

last alliance order was to withdraw from the staging system that was assigned to the alliance by IT and regroup at the SAS outpost.

Only pvp activities revolve around trying to bait the goon blackops crew that stages from NPC Delve.

I don't believe that TQ will go stagnant with 3 powerblocks fighgting each other from time to time… But I wonder who might fill the power vaccum in the south, probably something new must show up.

    1. Lord Lucan

I really hope it doesn't go stagnant but the half year after BoB lost Delve was without a doubt the most boring in Eve's history. This wasn't just to do with BoB not being there, more to do with the stupid soft resets after it and the total lack of good drama and fights. The game seems to drive people into these super coalitions because of their fear of loosing space.____Hopefully we will see CCP moving towards gameplay that encourages more fighting where imagination, tactics and skill comes into play and less naps/nips with the usual blobs.

    2. Deals are Big

The south is fine, -A- and Stainwagon have built themselves up nicely and so long as -A- keeps on good terms and co-operating with the smaller allied entities in it's area it will likely become strong enough to defend the region. It's more the South-west, aka fortress-Delve& associates that'll become a black hole. My sense is that both parties attacking IT right now don't have a particular wish to hold Delve so much as dismantle IT so it will be interesting to see what comes of this region.

    Roll the DICE

    ‘Compelling Force to Destroy’

It is with a heavy heart that we bid you farewell. For many years we have accompanied our Brothers on the road to Honour and Glory, and hope we have shown nothing less than Courage and Resilience even when the odds were against us.

We have made epic history together, campaigned hard together and forged friendships that will never die. We have sacrificed all of our interests to those of Alliance but this has come at a price to our own membership and Corporation.

The decision to leave was never going to be an easy one to make; but rather it was a necessary one. It’s been a hell of a roller coaster ride but the time has come for us to get off.

On behalf of DICE we thank both Molle and the Alliance for the honour of fighting at your side. It’s been emotional.

It also happens when leadership is non existent as the members decide it's better to leave while they can than hang around trying to save something that was never really great for them anyway.

I am just wondering with all these so called breaking stories, have you been able to confirm ANY of the things you have spewed onto this medium? (I ask this because DICE are still in IT as is the other one & BNC or whomever it is is still there)

I also have to laugh at the people that run around calling the NC Carebear Co. when they are not even able to have a decent go at anything of interest. If they are CareBears why don't you have a go at them? (Don't even go down the blob bullshit road as it has been & probably always will be a part of the game that people either adapt to or die)

ANZAC Alliance Corp has 800+ members so really they should be able to throw together fleets of 80+ at most times of the day shouldn't they? Why is it that they can't? Is it because IT alliance & a lot of it's corps are actually half full of inactive Alts?

IT should have known when they took in ANZA & Cold Fury that things were getting pretty sad!!!!

The reason its hopeless to have a go at NC is that there are way too many of them

H-W proved their ability to have 3k+ pilots active at the same time, approx 2k in 1 system holding it locked down with a huge number out elsewhere shooting poses, infrastructure and generally preventing fleets from reaching H-W.

As eve is no, there are no force ingame that can fight a war against the NC and win moons or sov and tbh I dont see that changing for the next 3-4 years either. The current moon balance also means that if they get their shit together and go supercap heavy with active pilots they will control more supercaps than the rest of eve put together.

Odds are they already do(but a lot of those are in the hands of relativly inactive pilots)
