Systematic Chaos’s renter alliance Galactic Syndicate (XGSX) removed its largest corporation Space Explorations and Excavations (XSEXX) from itself on September 16th, 2010. The reasons given were that the corporation was attempting to steal members from other corporations before leaving the alliance in favor of a supposed deal to join the Northern Coalition. Such accusations have not been proven with in-game logs, or screenshots, but Galactic Syndicate executor Abasio Creel claimed that he had verbal reports of such acts from other CEO’s in his Alliance.
XSEXX CEO RD Hooker refutes the claims that his corporation was involved in any attempt to siphon members from other XGSX corporations, citing the fact that XGSX corporation Brotherhood of the Unforgiving (B-O-U), who’s members began joining XSEXX en-masse was closing, and its members chose to merge with his corporation.
Additionally, Federation Navy Jumpclones (FNJC), the logistics alt corporation for the alliance was removed to prevent XSEXX alts from damaging Alliance assets.
The departure of Space Explorations and Excavations from Galactic Syndicate reduces the Alliance’s manpower by just over 150 players. The Alliance is the only renter in the remaining space owned by Systematic Chaos, who publically denounced XGSX for the apparent instability displayed by this action. Systematic Chaos has also warned other remaining XGSX members that any hostile action taken against XSEXX members while they evacuate their items will result in a standings reset and a denial of use for all Systematic Chaos Stations including their rental station in EIMJ-M until the situation is resolved.
As of September 17th, 2010 Space Explorations and Excavations has joined Leguinea ROmana (LR) alliance for blue standings in the region as they evacuate their assets. A brief friendly fire incident occured in the EIMJ-M system on the 17th as members of Cowboys from Hell (BLSHT) corporation within Galactic Syndicate attacked and podded an XSEXX pilot despite their membership in Leguinea ROmana. LR has not issued a comment on this action, but multiple carriers owned by Systematic Chaos were deployed to the EIMJ-M system and were spotted sitting on station to enforce the cease fire.
Galactic Syndicate was slated to take an active part in Systematic Chaos’s reported actions in AAA space as reported on EVE News 24, however that future is uncertain, as XSEXX represented a significant portion of their combat pilots. No information is available as to if they will still attempt to take part.
The Period Basis region has been fairly quiet as of late since the end of the Stoven/SYS-K war, when Systematic Chaos evacuated from Esoteria and setup in the J8-G8K constellation. Income from the renting Galactic Syndicate Alliance to Systematic Chaos is reported to be in the nature of 5 Billion ISK per month.
